The morning broke as the dragon's wings ripped through the clouds high above. He was less concerned with his companions making it to the opening in the woods. He parted ways with them after apologizing profusely for his attitude. Neither the wolf, nor the man had issues with walking the rest of the way. They had enough of the stressful nature of flying and hoped to never do it again. The wolf at least knew that wouldn’t be the case.
