Killer Passion

I believe he is trying to get my mate. If I am telling the truth about him being a hunter, please protect my mate from him and protect yourselves also." Karoline and Moriah nodded their heads speaking, "We will protect her and ourselves." Luke spoke before he left, "Good. Be on your guard." 7:00pm, came around because I had to work overtime because the deadline had approached, the president, vice president, and all the co-workers had left at 5:00pm, I was determined to finish the details of the project by 8:00pm tonight at which I finished right at 8:00pm. Gathering my purse the copy of the project, the keys to lock the building down and arm the system. Walking towards the president's office placing the whole copy of the project right in the middle of her desk so she will see it first thing once she comes in to proof it and if anything needs to be correcting before sending off. Leaving the building locking the door behind her. Luke spoke, "I know my love, but just to be on the safe side. I will be around in the night to pick you up." I smiled looking to him, "I love you. You are my hero." Luke smiled, "I love you too my darling. Now rest my love." I smiled, "Okay baby." I laid back down drifting to sleep until they woke me up to discharge me from the hospital to go home. Luke took my hand to lead me to his car opening the door for me getting in as he got in driving me home. When Luke's vision focused he called the police asking for Jones and Cutter to come and help with the disappearance of me. 30 minutes later, two cop cars with flashing blue lights approached the scene of the crime. Walking down to the scene, Luke healed himself than began searching the scene with the cops blocking the scene off as Luke described the vehicle but could not describe the person. Putting their notebooks down closing their eyes catching the scent of the perpetrator, which was human and the scent of me. The cops opened their eyes speaking to Luke, "We got the scent and the scent of Raine. We will be able to find him." Luke spoke, "Thank you my friends and please be careful. I believe the person who kidnapped my lover and mate is a hunter so please be careful." The cops nodded and spoke, "We will be careful and thank you for the warning." Luke spoke, "You're welcome." The cops left in search of me. Luke called the towing company called "Raymond Auto Care" asking for Davis Julian. Several minutes later, Davis arrived with the tow truck attaching Luke's car into the back as Luke got into the passenger side of the tow truck. Davis drove Luke to my house and the car to body shop. Luke paced around the house catching the same scent that was at the crime scene. Walking back into the yard behind the house seeing broken beer bottles scattered around which gave a perfect view of the bedroom, Luke became angry speaking to himself, "So he was after my lover and mate because I am not human." Luke left the house walking the streets waiting for morning to appear then night again. Feeling a cold breeze blow upon my face, coming out of unconsciousness seeing my wrists and ankles bounded by chains to bed posts, squirming to break free from the chains yelling for help. Once yelling for help, a male with a black ski mask came in sitting beside me speaking, "So you are awake finally." I look to the male speaking while squirming in the chains, "You can't hold me here against my will. My lover will find me and you will pay." Hearing what I said, the male got on top of me pinning me to the bed speaking, "I plan for him to find me and his little buddies. Don't you get it, I am trying to save you." I looked to make speaking angrily, "I don't need saving. My lover will not fall for your traps." The male pinned me down harder on the bed after calling my boyfriend "lover" speaking with an angry tone, "That man is not your lover. When you find out what he truly is you will come to hate him." I looked to the male asking, "What makes you think I will hate him?" The male smirked speaking, "You will just have to wait and see what he truly is." Once my scream was heard, a police officer named Cutter came down unchaining me hearing him speak, "Luke sent us down here to help you." Becoming free and hearing the name Luke, I ran up to the top with Cutter not far behind. Arriving in the living room, I see Luke with golden yellow eyes, fangs that resembled a mixture of vampire and wolf fangs, claws but still looking human with wolf ears fighting the maked perpetrator leaning up against the wall having a surprised look on my face, but not scared off or in the mood to hate him. I watched Luke battle the man leaving a large claw mark across his face watching the perpetrator fall to the ground lifeless, but unbeknownst to us he had survived the attack. I ran up to Luke hugging him as he turned back to normal wrapping his arms around me pulling me close to him. I close my eyes letting out a sigh of relief with a smile asking, "My love, what are you?" Luke sighed speaking, "I was planning on telling you but quite frankly I was scared to see how you would react." I looked to him speaking, "Never be afraid to me things my love." Luke smiled, "Okay my love. Well my love to answer your question, I am a wolf vampire. I am a supernatural being, Cutter who unchained you is a wolf and his partner Jones is a vampire. There is certain people I call to do certain things because some humans don't get us." I smile, "Okay baby." I kiss him lovingly leaving with Luke and the cops that saved me, but little did we know the male had listened to the whole conversation about who was who and who was what which kinda made his job a little bit easier to hunt what he despises the most. The next day after the ordeal of being kidnapped, Raine went to the doctor because she wanted to check because she had missed her period by 3 weeks and once taking her blood and a few minutes later the doctor came back and spoke, "Miss Raine Wilkerson, I have some news.
