Ayafa found herself in his arms, she asked herself, how did I get here?

He smiled at her and said you jumped into my car after the party last night. she looked around in disbelief wondering if she hadn't been kidn*pped or charmed. He held her fist firmly, said to her, I know your name but you are mine now.

how am I yours? Ayafa asked.

He smiled at her and my name is Musteen, I am yours and you are mine now. How? she asked.

Don't you remember? we were both dancing and you excitedly accepted to marry me and we got married last night. don't worry I know it happened so fast, the important thing is you are mine now. Ayafa hissed at him, she stood up in search of her things, picked them up and took a step to move, He held her back, looked sternly into her eyes. Ayafa my love don't push me so fast, his hands were already tremoring and he had to look away from her.

I am your nightmare deal with it. Ayafa threw herself on the floor in her pool of tears she exclaimed her regrets, her parents had warned her not to leave the house last night, but she stubbornly sneaked out of the house, now I am caught on with a devil, she cried loud. He angrily held her by the neck, threw her into the kitchen, cook your husband some food I am hungry. by the way the love making was great last night.

Ayafa couldn't believe her ears, when did we make love? have you forgotten?

I will remind you he replied, but first make my breakfast.

she turned to take her bag but he burnt it already. She fainted out of pain.

Clean Water
The morning was cold, the cold air finds its way through Ayafa's nostrils. she snizzed as she reacts to the cold, Enjoying her morning but was cut short. she had to make food ready before going to school. She made her way to the bathroom as she flung the door open, she stood close to the washing hand basin beside her right flank, the mirror was staring back at her as she smiled into the mirror, it's a reminder that she's alive and has to stay happy. she stretched her fair hand to the tap and turned it on, feeling the water graciously clothing her palms, she made a bowl of water pour on her face using her hands as she stared at the mirror. she reached for the towel she hung on the shower handle and mopped her face. she gave a relieving sigh and found her way to the kitchen. She rushed opened the kitchen door, cockroaches were roaming everywhere, dancing on the unwashed dishes, she looked away in embarrassment for a while and turned to clean them up. Mum should not meet the kitchen in this state, else I'll be dead, she started with the dishes and when she was done she swept and mopped the kitchen floor. she stood as she looked round, the six burner, the cabinets that surrounded the top of the kitchen needs more cleaning attention, she picked the kitchen towel and wet it to clean the burner and all unclean cabinets. Mum must not see any stain, she sighed and felt her self seating on the floor, the oil stain on the tiles won't go off, ha. she kept rubbing the towel on the oil stain on the tiles, little by little it starts to fade away. few minutes passed and Ayafa started making breakfast, some Pasta would do for the morning, not much pepper, no one likes pepper. not too spicy it just has to be moderate. Ayafa had finished making breakfast, she was already tired and worn out. she got herself ready for school and won't go to school until she wakes everyone, Mum, Dad, Steve, Loyd I am going to school. have you made breakfast? mum asked yes I have, Ayafa replied trying to step out of the house. Alright have a nice day. wait Ayafa, the clothes I asked you to wash have you? ermm she scratches her head in search of answers to the question. Steve stared at her like one who's about to pounce on her, come back inside, you are not leaving this house until the laundry is done. Ayafa eyes were red, tears playing underneath her balls, she tried to control herself from tearing but she couldn't help, her tears found their way down her cheeks, her lips pinned to each other, she wish she could give a reply, to tell him she'll it when she comes back from school, she wished she could tell him he's wicked and mean, all of this She rolled them down in tears. Steve pushed her inside and forced her to the laundry room, she stood there thinking to herself how she got here. Her parents were involved in an accident, she was the only surviving child. Mr and Mrs Ngene found her by the road side while looking for shelter and they took her in, she thought heaven had smiled on her but it doesn't seem so. Mrs Ngene and her sons were her worst night mares. I want you to use your hands to wash them, I don't like it when you use the machine. Steve interrupted her thoughts. Ayafa didn't look his way but heard his voice, she strolled back from her thoughts and sorted out his clothes, brought two large bowls and a bucket from the store room, filled the two bowls with water in half, and left the bucket empty so she can convey the clothes to spread. Ayafa, Ayafa, Ayafa, how many times did I call you? a voice stilly sneaked into her ears, she looked round to see who was speaking but no one was there. who is that? who are you? she stood up in search of the voice, Ayafa, the voice kept whispering to her. Ayafa stood there confused, she took a deep breath, searched round again and went back to her duty. soon she was done with the laundry. I have missed my first lesson period for this morning, I'll make my second class if I get there on time. she sought her way out of the house without anyone noticing her leaving. she got out of the house successfully and was happy she was free from her prison for a while.
