Sofia did not leave immediately but answered Dominic's message first not to come here, especially this time she was not interested in his 'surprise', her heart was still disappointed about the Arlyne incident.
Not long after, her cell phone vibrated again.
Sofia, who was about to reach for the gold doorknob, slapped her forehead.
'Can he stop just this once!?'
Sofia had told her that her Mom would be staying for the next few days so there would be no visits to her house!

Really? I'm already in front of the penthouse door, Baby.
"In front of the door?" Sofia muttered in horror, at the same time, Arsenio's voice was heard.
"Hey, Babe. Did you invite someone to our dinner?"

Sofia immediately rushed to the penthouse door before it was too late, just passing by her mother, who was wondering who it was. Unfortunately, her hopes vanished, seeing the door open, standing Dominic with a bouquet of roses in his hand.

"Dominic ...?" Sofia spontaneously muttered in fear.
"You guys move so fast, but let me give my opinion on your 'lovely' marriage," Dominic says looking straight into Arsenio's brown eyes.

Sofia immediately covered Dominic's mouth with her hand, "Follow me ..." she whispered then pulled him out of the penthouse towards the elevator, pressing the emergency stop button.
"What the f*ck?" Dominic was shocked by what she did, he leaned against the wall so as not to fall from the big shock caused by the elevator that had forcibly stopped.
"Dominic, what are you doing?" Sofia accused pointing at his chest angrily, "I told you my Mom lives with me now!"
"I know," Dominic answered simply without a guilty look at all, "I actually wanted to say your marriage is fake to her."
"What!? No!" Sofia rejected his idea.
"It's better to be honest with your Mom," Dominic says, "I can be more relieved if she knows." He could also get a good image from Mia because he became the 'hero' here.
"I said no!"
"Why are you doing this? You didn't marry because you loved him. I don't see a problem if you divorce him now," Dominic suggested.
"You know the sequence that will happen if I do that, right? Are you thinking about me at all?" Sofia asked, "You know I just got a promotion to Manager; if we divorce—" she couldn't continue her words, just thinking about it made her chest tight, "it's not just about me or you; it's everything."
"You're a talented woman, I'm sure many restaurants will accept you," Dominic still didn't want to give up, he hadn't found a strong reason to stay in the fake marriage.

Sofia snapped angrily, not understanding why he suddenly suggested all that after what they agreed on yesterday. "NO!" Dominic immediately moved away. Just thinking about having to give Arsenio a compliment made his blood boil, "Look, I'm willing to do anything for you except for things that involve Arsenio."

"Surprise ..." Dominic mumbled interested in what he would get if he succeeded, "care to give a hint? So that I'll be excited before going through hell?"
Sofia usually wouldn't give a hint, but she made an exception this time because she knew he would suffer later especially since Arsenio acted unpredictable, "Of course~"
Happy, Dominic bent his body slightly so Sofia could whisper in his ear giving him a hint, "I'm ready."
Sofia didn't immediately whisper the words, her attention was locked on his ear that was interesting in her eyes, that's when a naughty thought appeared, she thought it was good so without thinking twice she did it, licking his ear while holding back her laughter from coming out.
Dominic immediately held his ear which was wet from her actions, "You ..." It never occurred to him that she would do that. But for some reason, his heart beating fast with excitement.
Sofia let out a giggle, "There will be more, don't worry~" she said seductively, "and maybe it's not just your ear, Baby." she added before pressing the button for the elevator to work normally again, then it automatically opened slowly before she pressed it.
Waiting outside were two security guards and Arsenio.
"Finally it works!" Arsenio says in a panic, "Are you okay, Sofia!?"
"Yes," Sofia answered shortly, she looked uncomfortably at the two building security guards who were watching her, "Don't tell me you called them?"
"Of course, I chased you but the elevator had an error after you entered. Do you think I'll just stay quiet?" Arsenio explained while he checked her condition, "I almost called the fire department before this security guard happened to be on patrol."
Sofia felt guilty for making Arsenio worry about her so much. There was no safe and quiet place other than hijacking the elevator that's why she chose that, "I'm fine. Dominic is with me, we can handle the problem perfectly."
