Chapter 78: Company

Nyx and Rondel finally arrived at what seems to be a ravine in a cliff this was said to be created a sword strike in the past by a hero but not all the population knows this only the one's dealing with the underground world know this and that also includes nobles that frequent in this black market.

Nyx and Rondel walked about forty meters forwards before stopping in what seems to be a rocky cliff face Harold went towards the cliff face and slowly entered the cliff face Nyx also followed Nyx was also taken aback by then by this illusion although he can feel that there is a certain illision in this face he wasn't able to discern it untill he walked through it and inside was a small cave only enough for one or two people to go in at the same time they walked for at least five minutes and had left and right turn every minute it was created as a defensive mechanism although it can't trap strong people for a long time its was enough ro fool some of them and inside there are traps that are laid for inteuders and after five minutes of walking Nyx finally saw a dim light and walked forward and arrived at a small opening in front of them and there was a huge iron door that seems to be enchanted with magic on par with a ninth circle mage as Nyx can feel that it is a whole other level stronger than Terran's magic his father, Harold walkee forward and knocked on the huge iron door.

The sound of iron being opened echoed in the small opened space and a small gap in the iron door opened and a set of eyes were seen by Harold and Nyx.

"Password" Said by the mysterious man behind the huge iron door.

"The Phantom Knight is the strongest" Rondel said as he lowered his black hood jacket.

Thw mysterious man went silent and the small gap in the iron door that was opened was quickly closed as a mechanical sound echoed and the huge iron door started to move sideways slowly as it opened a whole other world was inside the secretive cliff as the huge iron door was enchanted it also blocked sounds from coming outside the iron door and inside there was a giant burly man with chains around his neck that seems to be enchanted with a dangerous spell as he slowly turned a liver to slowly open the fifteen meters tall and five meters wide huge iron door and Nyx saw the mysterious man was only a skinny small man that was sitting in a corner near the iron door Nyx had a look around and the black market still looks the same except for the goods that always change in about a days by trades every corner of the street had a small stall with many cunning faces selling goods ranging from weapons to armors to elixirs and rare magical beast corpes or alive magical beast with enchanted chains around their body and trapped in a cage the black market had a very busy atmosphere and the streets had at least a few blacksmiths shops and the embers from forging were flying in the air like normal and the people inside were stronger than in the outside world, the black market was divided into two parts first was the outer layer where normal people and traded and shops were opened such as bars and a red light district and the second one is separated by a giant cliff wall made out of black iron that is known to be ten times stronger than normal iron and it was also enchanted by a rare magic known as gravity magic those who wanted to go to the Royal district, it was called this because the owner of the black market valued his customer very highly and nobles also wanted some grandeur name to differentiate them and the commoner.

"Sir Nyx... I haven't ever gone inside the Royal district we have only auctioned our goods in the outer layer in the small auction house that some nobles also go to... going inside, I'm afraid it's almost impossible..." Rondel said to Nyx with a disdained look on his face.

"Hmm... So... your saying that we only need to pass it using sheer power by either flying or using our two feets and jump..?" I smiled as I thought it needs some passwords that only the noble's knew.

"Flying is good... but jumping..? that's not possible sir Nyx, even Knight level nobles can't jump this impenetrable wall of black iron and with the enchantment of gravity magic... your body will feel as if you are being crushed a sea of stones making your body feel as if it was made out of iron making your body feel so heavy even walking is almost impossible enough-" Rondel wasn't finished talking yet Nyx suddenly dragged him over and felt an overwhelming surge of mana making hia every muscle fiber relaxed and felt it was full of power.

'This... this... sigh, this is the difference in our power with a father like sir Terran who is a seventh circle mage, sir Nyx can easily apply support magic to anyone and support magic is only available to mage's in the level of Advance level with his age he already reached such level he is soon going to surpass even his father sir Terran... but even with strenthening magic I don't think we can easily climb over the wall..?!-'

Rondel thought it was quite easy for him to walk, and looked at Nyx and saw that his mana was surging around the place and seems to be disrupting the gravity magic.

Rondel saw a faint blood red mana leaking as the space around Nyx and him was seems to be distorted, it was simply because Nyx was using his mana and used the Law of gravity even though it was in it's first level it was more profound and directly command gravity itself as the space shooked in the outer walls the enchantments suddenly flickered and some powerful figures felt this change an eight circle magic enchantment was being attacked not even a master level swordsman can easily physically destroy the dark iron wall and it's enchantment yet there seems to be a very strong power enough to disrupt magic itself.

"Rondel... let's jump" As Nyx said this he easily and calmly jumped over the wall and floated in the air like a transcendent being, Rondel being a normal human he was dumfounded by Nyx and thought what is this power he is showing him right now.

Rondel didn't have time to ask and just followed behind Nyx and jumped, his body felt very light and the gravity magic engraved in the black iron wall was negated by this strange power Nyx empowered him with, not long after Nyx and Rondel reached the top of the fifteen meter long dark iron wall.

*Lands*

Nyx had a look arround and saw buildings made out of marble and white fancy stones unlike the outer layer which has a mix of wooden buildings and blackstones buildings this is the difference between nobles and a commoner.

"Huh... looks fancy, the street itself is very wide it is at least ten meters wide why's that..?" Nyx asked as this seems to be a waste of space.

"Because nobles use carriages to roam around here in the black market and some use mounts like ground dragons that will grow to at least ten to twenty meters in length and because of that this road was made..."

"Hmm... alright that is fancy now we should get going..."

As Nyx and Rondel walked around they saw people with gorgeous dresses but with their black hooded jackets that they wear the people on the streets looked at them with caution and suspicion.

"Uh... Sir Nyx... we might need to change our clothes we are attracting too much of attention..." Rondel said while being embarrassed by their looks.

"Y... yeah, haha I think so too" I then made Rondel find us a clothing store because I wasn't very familiar with this kind of palce in this world yet.

*Ring~*

"Welcome...??-" The shop owner then looked at Rondel and Nyx with a disgusted look and requested them to go out of the store immediately as the customers was scared and suspicious of their look.

"Two sir's... please kindly leave our store..."

A middle age skinny old man walked towards Nyx with a mustache and a monocle hurriedly pushed Nyx and Rondel away

The shop owner was surprised that a small guy like Nyx actually weighted more than a hundred kilograms which made him use mana to strengthen himself and pushed Nyx and Rondel out of the clothing shop.

"Dear customer's, the plebians are now out of the store please continue your shopping~"

'Those two back country guys dare to step into a luxury clothing store..! They almost scared our customers away!'
