Meeting doctor Frank

Artemis POV

" Bianca child are you okay? " " Uhh Arty why do I feel soo tired and sick? " I woke up to the sound of Artemis worried voice. I don't know what happened last night but I feel really drained and sick. I have no memory of what happened last night after I ate my dinner.

" Bianca it's time for breakfast !! " The booming voice of the alpha broke my intense thinking. I hurriedly showered and got dress then heading down to the kitchen. As I got closer to the kitchen I heard the alpha talking to the Luna. " She will need better clothes so I expect you to take her shopping. " The alpha said as I made my presence known. " Good morning alpha and Luna !! " I said as I bow in respect. The Luna didn't look at me, she just told me to sit and eat and I obeyed.

No conversation happened after I sat and started to eat. I noticed that my brother and sister were not at the table and promptly ate in silence. " You don't talk much do you child? " The Luna asked her voice in a low flat tone. " No ma'am little girls should be seen not heard !!" I said as I remember countless times what miss Julie told every time I spoke out of turn. By the look on the Luna's face she seems to like my response. " I like that you know your place and only speak when spoken to. Eat up and let's get you checked at the hospital to make sure your healthy. You look a little pale !! " The Luna said while she wore a cold and calculative smile on her face. " Yes ma'am " I said as I stood up.

The Luna said her goodbyes and I followed behind her as we walked down the stairs of the pack house. She never once looked back and quietly trailer behind her. When we finally made it to the first floor the Luna was bombarded with women and other pack members greeting her. Everyone was curious about little me standing behind her and she just said that the alpha would introduce me later. We left the pack house after the Luna greeted, chatted and hugged quite a few people and made our way to the hospital.

The hospital was only a 10 minute walking distance from the pack house. The walk was quiet and I took the time to look around and take in the sites before me. I wasn't allowed to leave miss Julie house and all of this is a new experience for me. I was curious about everything but didn't want to upset the Luna so I simply just looked around. As we hospital came into view I felt this weird sensation of familiarity and a sense of being drawn to someone or something. I really don't know how to explain it.

The hospital entrance where huge with blue, white and yellow flowers on both sides of the automatic glass doors. The hospital was made of brick and looked like old but modern. As we made our way in a very tall, slim man with white hair approached us. Although he was slim he looked very strong and agile. He also looked alot like my mother. I had this strong sense that we were related in some way.

" Hello Luna how can I ... " he stopped mid sentence as our eyes locked. His eye flashed black but returned to their ocean blue hue. As we stood there frozen, time seem to have stopped and everything around us disappeared. I know him, mom should me countless of photos of him. I thought he was dead, mom always spoke about him in past tense. Tears welled up in his eyes and as he stepped closer and closer it seems like the dam around his eyes work break at any moment. It was then that the Luna spoke. " Doctor Frank this is Bianca !!! " Only then that I remember that the Luna was there. And the most painful, ear piercing and heartbroken sobs echoed through the hall.

The doctor dropped to his knees and hugged to sooo tightly I could barely breathe. The sounds of the doctor crying so hard lured people from all over the hospital to where we were located. All eyes were on us and I felt uneasy. This is the most people I have seen in my life. " E - excuse I - I can't breathe !! " I struggle to say in between gasps. The doctor let me go and wipe his face. We were surrounded by the people curious about what's going on. " So sorry my sweet child. You look soo much like your mother. For a second I thought my baby girl came back to cheer me up. " He gave me the biggest smile I have ever seen. His eyes twinkling like stars, they seem to draw me in and wrap me in warmth.

" We found out she was alive yesterday and I came today to introduce you and to get her to do a check up. " The Luna spoke like a caring mother but the cold look in her eyes told me that was just because we were surrounded by people. " Okay let's get you checked out sweetheart. " The doctor lifted me and told the Luna he would take care of me and to come back in an hour. The Luna agreed and left. " Umm excuse me Mr. doctor but how do I look like my mother? " " Call me grandpa and before your mother got her siren she looks exactly like you but with blue eyes and silver hair. " " Oh wow can you tell me more about my mother? " " Yes I can but only on one condition. " " What condition is that? " " You have to call me grandpa. " " Okay " " Okay what? " He said in a sing tone. " Okay grandpa !! " I gave him a shy smile after saying it and he beamed with joy.

Grandpa ran a couple of test on me and checked my vitals and reflexes, while he told me about my mother. Grandpa is very funny and this was the most fun I have ever had. Almost as fun as my first run in wolf form with Artemis. Time went by so fast and grandpa decided to walk me back to the pack house. There was a meeting in the room across from the dining hall which was already filled with pack members. When we walked in the alpha spoke. " Everyone this is Bianca and she is the daughter of the siren nurse Selena. " There were lots of gasps and whispers, and for the second time today all eyes were on me. " With that being said this meeting is now over. " The alpha said while silencing the crowd. I wonder why he didn't tell them am also his daughter. Everyone started exiting the room to go about their day and grandpa and I decided to talk for a while.
