The package disintegrated and a copper card landed on my hands. [LEAD WORSHIPPER] RANK - COPPER TYPE - CLASS CHANGE [Depending on how many gods you pray on, boost the power of a card for a certain duration. The more sincere your prayers are the more powerful the boost. If the gods are pleased they might grant you a blessing.] 'What the f...' My prayers were answered by the gods, quite literally. I only said I wasn't religious in my previous life and now they want me to pray everytime I cast a spell. Being Y must have heard my prayers and tampered with the results. 'Whelp. At least it doesn't turn me into a loli.' I stopped myself from drawing up another job card, fearing Being Y might tamper with it again. I settled with it. "Use [LEAD WORSHIPPER]." The card vanished from my hands. I checked my status and saw the class had changed to Lead Worshipper. The remarks changed too. Now it's saying something about how I said I disagree paying any tax. I ignored that and went back to the store. I bought an iron rank martial art. It had the same price as a bronze pack. I went with a no-element art. [THREE BLADES CROSSING MOUNTAIN] RANK - IRON TYPE - PASSIVE/MARTIAL ART [You are able to use FIVE BLADES SEEKING STARS at competence level.] Martial arts have six stages of mastery. Novice, Beginner, Competent, Proficient, Expert and Master. Five Blades Seeking Stars had only five, which means it was incomplete. It didn't have a master stage. But for now, I was fine with having a competence level martial art. Reaching competent was hard even for big martial families. Unless one was born a genius or has godly talent, one can't touch the realm of a master. Even then, masters wouldn't really be at the pinnacle of martial arts. One could even say mastery was the beginning of understanding martial arts. I placed the card in a passive sleeve. A lot of information when inside my head. My vision changed and I found myself in a clearing. I was holding a blade and wore traditional clothes. A breeze passed by. My body moved on its own following the wind. I swung my blade in a fast speed. A blade light flew out and rode the passing breeze. That was the fist stage of Five Blades, Blade Chases Wind. My vision changed again. I was standing above a lake. Again, my body moved by itself. I took a step and the water rippled. Following that, my blade slashed to the front. Two blade lights flew out, one blade following the other, like a wave. That was the second stage, Two Blades Like A Wave. My vision changed. This time, I was standing atop a mountain. My body moved again. Making an arch on the ground with my right foot, bringing my blade from my left to my right. From there I swung it upwards in a slow motion. Three vertical blade lights came out of the ground. It was like a wall and moved forwards in a slow speed. It had the presence of a moving mountain. Indestructible. Unstoppable. The third stage, Three Blades Crossing Mountain. The vision faded and I found myself back in my room. I felt like I had practiced the art for years. The feeling of swinging a blade everyday, searching for the pinnacle. Ofcourse, it was only a feeling. When I looked at my hands, I knew the feeling was false. A practiced hand should develop calluses swinging a blade everyday. I took a deep breath and began meditating on what I learned. I mentally fought a Minotazer using the my technique.
