Werewolf Apocalypse

Chapter 4

"That turning eighteen wasn't just a birthday. And now you want to carry all this burden alone? When are you leaving?" 

Damn it, I'm dead.

"Oh moon goddess Lucas! You really are my worst nightmare" I said pulling him away from the crowd of she wolves thar were staring at him mesmerised by how handsome he looked in these freaking hot pants, believe me I saw that too.

''What the hell are you talking about?" I said playing dumb even when I knew this won't work.

" seriously Ava? How many times do I have to tell you that lying to me won't be that easy? Please try another strategy but for now quit the plays and tell the truth"

"Okay, if you need anything, I think it's best that you ask him" 

"You're kidding right, there is no damn way that I am going to ask the alpha" 

"Well, he's your father if he can't answer you I'm pretty sure he won't like it if I tell you, now please leave me alone" I said silently begging the moon goddess to have mercy on me.

"Well I'm going" he said and I swear I saw the hope in his eyes that I will stop him anytime soon and tell him everything. Yes, I've been his best friend for the last twelve years so I can see everything. Even the things he's trying so hard to hide from me.

"Safe journey" I said giving him space to leave and I swear I wanted him to stop just like he wanted me to stop him, but I let him leave. If he knows what he isn't supposed to know then that's a problem. But I can't change anything because last time I checked I wasn't able to erase anyone's memories.

I went straight to my room and made sure that I locked the door before falling face first on my bed, well waiting for someone to come and be like 'miss Ava, the Alpha needs you".

Before I knew it, I fell into a deep sleep. 

"Careful sweetheart" my mom called out as I ran after a beautiful blue butterfly trying to shoot it with a bubble from my new toy which turns out to be a vomiting toy, but more disciplined that it vomits bubbles, well my mom told me that it was meant to be a joke.

"Hi darling" I heard mom say, that means dad is here.

I put mr bubble vomiter down and run to give dad a bear hug, even when he used to abuse me every now and then I still loved him.

If I knew it would turn into me being dragged on the floor all the way to the dark room that was meant to be the stock I would have ran and done everything so that I won't be recognised.I would have changed my name and pack or at least turn rogue.

And despite the fact that mom begged him all the way I still found my self in the middle of the dark room.

Why the hell do I have these dreams all the time.

Then I heard someone knock. Oh it's time for my talk with the Alpha.

I slowly dragged my lazy ass to the door and opened it.

"Hi" I saw Emily standing in front of my door. This is rare. "I hate coming here, don't put yourself on a high level" she said with this smug look I would gladly reach out to slap off her face. Look she's cute and all but I don't like her manners, that is if she has some. She's just the 'let all eyes be on me 'type just because her father is the beta.

"No offence, but your presence makes me disgusted. So don't worry " I said with a devilish look 

"Well that makes the two of us, now don't make us wait we want to enjoy that chocolate cake" she said and turned swaying her little ass all the way. s**t I hate this girl.

Oh my Gosh I almost forgot that today is my birthday. I remove the red dress on my way to the bathroom and walk past my bed into the bathroom. I'm late! If Lucas was here he would say 'as always.'

I take a really quick shower and walk straight to the closet, never worrying about oiling my skin, it's oily anyways so it's okay.

I put on the black dress I bought earlier. To be honest the dress was a little more revealing but I couldn't care any less, I'm leaving tomorrow anyway! The dress barely covered half of my tights and was super tight I'm not sure why I'm wearing it too. I bought this fluffy coat with white fur since I couldn't wear it just like that, it's sleeveless and exposed a quarter of my left breast and even more of my right. After wearing the coat I find out that it isn't helping either, I still look like a crazy b***h but I don't care. After adding the longest hells I've ever wore I looked at myself and I looked like a desperate b***h who haven't been laid for years, well just make up and I'll look even more evil.

I opened the door and found Tessa the only she wolf that has a heart. She talks to me in a normal way but can't be friends with me. I mean she would be digging her own grave. And I totally get it.

"Hi Tessa" I said. As she took her time to recover from the shock of seeing me in this outfit.

"Oh hi" she said clearing her throat awkwardly. " I thought you might need this" she said handing me a bag full of make ups, hers to be specific.

"Well you know I don't wear makeup ups"

"Well, you don't wear revealing clothes too so, sit down and let me do the magic" and that's what I did for the next half an hour before going down to the living room which was where the party was held.

As I descended the stairs I heard gasp as people took in what I was wearing and I swear I saw a bunch of guys undress me with their eyes. I made way or let's say they cleared my way to the table reserved for me but before I could take a sit, I heard the old mistress behind me.

"Nice outfit miss Ava, but the Alpha needs you" she said

"What took him so long" I whispered to myself as I picked up my purse that was on the table.

I walked straight to the cake, and cut it. I had to take a piece before my death right?

As soon as I took a seat in the Alpha's office he started talking.

"Well well well, turns out your 'I'll keep an eye on him' Worked really great, and thanks to that he knows everything, and I hate to say this but you and lucas are leaving for Garza tomorrow after your graduation"

Excuse me! How will lucas survive when he can't even shape shift? How will he get there by the way?
