I was still angry with myself. She joined the office with me today but didn’t say a word during the whole ride to the office. I had several glances on her but she seemed too lost in herself. I had no courage to start any conversation with her on my own.
Dad talked with Marcus and he ensured him that he would talk with Maggi regarding her position in the company now. Aiden told me that he got a request from former CEO of Fisher’s group for having an appointment. First I thought to refuse but he was off my father’s age and I didn’t want to sound arrogant. So, I permitted him to fix an appointment with him.
Though Maggi agreed to talk them out of the court settlement on the behalf of the company, still I didn’t want to take any chance regarding her reputation and
