I felt that I needed to talk with someone who could understand me and my feelings. First, I thought to talk with mom but chased away that idea. If I told her that we slept together, it would raise her hopes. I didn’t want to do anything that could hurt her in future. I decided to talk with Nancy. She was my only friend and I know that I could trust her.
I called Nancy in the afternoon and asked her to come with me in the evening. She told me that she had some work at home and offered me to go with her to her place. I thought that was a nice idea. She lived alone because her parents lived in another city and I was comfortable at her place. It would give us much needed privacy and the best place to talk.
