Engagement Ceremony

"I have long waited for this day and finally Ravan is going to get engaged today. I knew my grandson have great choice and I must say you are very beautiful, I already like you very much. Welcome to the family darling! I know you people are still young but I want you to give me grandchildren as soon as possible" she pulled me in a tight hug, what the old lady said next didn't get through my mind at all, all was on my mind is the words " Engagement and childen". I stood still with eyes wide open and lots of thing was going on in my mind. I couldn't process what was all this twist and turns. This is not an ordinary banquet but Engagement party? who is Ravan this lady is talking about? Who is this lady? I looked at the man standing beside me with mixed feeling, horror and confusion, is he Ravan or someone else, if he is why would he want to marry me? No, No. I dismissed this thought out of my mind that's not possible and than I started to roam my eyes around to search for whoever this bastard have chosen for me to get engaged hopping for some weakling so that it will be easy for me to escape.

"Who are you searching for?" a whisper shook me out of my thoughts

I looked at him and he spoke again "We will be getting engaged soon, put all those thoughts of your aside and focus on the ceremony like a happy bride, If you don't obey and ruin today's party I won't mind teaching you how to behave in my on ways and you won't like your first time wasted as a punishment will you?" He said leaning closer to my ear making my hair stand on my body out of fear, when he leaned back and stared at me I could see pure lust in his deep cold eyes and he is not at all trying to conceal his lewd thoughts about me at all.

Everything is going so fast and nothing is happening the way I thought things would end up. This man is too dangerous if I am to marry him I know for sure I will be trapped in this mansion for the rest of my life. I am still young for all this family drama. What's more, I mean he is like a dream prince for most of the elite class girl and I am sure of that he is not short of suitors and i am some one he captured as punishment , why do he want to marry me? This is so absurd!!

From the moment I stepped inside my home nothing is like before and I am so lost that I feel like I will go insane any moment.

I feel a tap on my shoulder getting me out of my thoughts. I looked up, and saw the most perfect face I have ever seen, Ravan if I am not mistaken is his name, I would be lying if I said I am not among those girl who fall for people's look I mean who doesn't appreciate good looks. If I was not in love with another man and he was not the person who wanted to kill my dad, I guess I would have fallen in love with him by now, but the story is not the same here, I know I don't love him and he for sure doesn't love me, then why does he want to marry me?? I dreaded to think about my future after marrying a cold blooded beast.

Raven's POV

The moment I saw her coming down from the stairs, I felt like hiding her from the world and keep her just for myself, I knew she is beautiful the moment I layed my eyes on her at her home, but the girl in front of me is just breath taking, I have seen all sort of beauties from the world but on one can compare to her, she has a unique charm to herself, both innocent and a touch of wildness which make anyone wants to ruin her.

This is nothing but utter torture, I just want to through her to my bed and ravish her till she begs for mercy but I just can't show my wilderness to her yet, I will have to take things slow with her least I scare her, she is too pure for this world. I don't no what is happening to me, I hate woman the most they are nothing but tool for venting my s****l frustration but there is a unique charm towards her which draws me towards her, makes me want to hold her tight in my arms and protect her from the malice of the outside world.

I hide my emotions and took her to the party. I know the moment she is going to know about my arrangement today she is going to freak out but what can I do, I don't have much time to prepare her for all these and she is already mine from the moment I layed my eyes on her, mine to possess, mine to protect and also mine to destroy, good or bad she is destined to stay with me forever.
