Private Yamato slowed down a bit and kept driving towards the destination. He was sweating profusely and his hands were trembling in fear.
“Calm down Yamato. You are a soldier, remember that”, said the Lieutenant placing her hand on his drooping shoulder.
“Yes ma’am, I am sorry”, replied the Private and he took in a deep breath in order to calm his nerves.
The Arch Knight tank drove slowly towards the objective. Lieutenant Amy ordered Nathan to look outside again and keep track of the leviathan they had just spotted in the sky. Nathan opened the top hatch once more and emerged from the tank. The creature was still hovering at that same location. It hadn’t noticed them yet.
