Mega Tsunami - Japan

Everybody was there ahead of him and he was last person to report back to the head quarter. Due to his take down from the server and system, it was headache for the personnel to contact him. However, they could connect him tracking through Global Positioning System (GPS) of his phone. He was bit anxious, failing his duty as an agent but there wasn’t a time for the board of directors to blame him rather they got directly with the main topic.

It was about the mega tsunami befalling at the Japan causing disasters to the structures and lives there. As a filed agent from B-PIT, Captain Dragon was selected to depart, following day taking shortest route. The board of directors were waiting for his respond and he readily accepted the order to get ready, tomorrow. The conference was short and Captain Dragon went to prepare himself for the journey. It would be his first operation to the foreign country.

Captain Dragon was there to fight the natural calamity and specifically as a rescue team. The time period for the mission prolongs with the stability of an air down there. Till then, Captain Dragon didn’t back up regardless of risk as he wishes to become a first Bhutanese Agent at NASA office affiliated with B-PIT in Bhutan. On the other hand, he took it as one of the major step to climb up the ladder for success. He went back to his team Beast and shared about his departure at first hour, next morning.

They were depressed with his decision but didn’t failed to console with sharp edges in their quivering tone. In addition, they were ready to back up with the system back from Bhutan to the fullest. Captain Dragon expressed his gratitude to them with his plan in the thought. He requested them to work on it during night as they hardly got sixteen hours to work on it.

Every one of them was positive and they got away with the plan in minutes. Captain Dragon sketch his plan as a watch system from the office without any interference in their satellite and server systems. The plan was mainly to know about his whereabouts and what to update back at the head quarter.  Even if the situation rises up to critical condition, they cannot get into their server until, approved from the higher ups. However, if the situation is in red zone, Captain Dragon wishes their intervention despite objection from above.

The team Beast would be looking forward to people safety as their first priority. Captain Dragon told them to make themselves forward, if it has positive impact on lives. However, there priority needs a teamwork to touch the ceiling. They have to be in office for twenty four hours managing the satellite movements and networks never affecting any systems of their. Every teammates were in and they committed to give their bones.

By the dawn, everything was set with the plan and captain Dragon was ready to depart. Every weaponry and dress was to be provided and he needn’t worry with the bag pack from here. Naku was ready to drop him to the Tokyo within a time range of three hours, usually more than six hours in the normal plane. He got ready with fattest double engine jet of B-PIT. Captain Dragon examined the whole place around for the last time, waving back to the teammates few yards away.

For three hours, he browse and got into the server of theirs as a field agent from B-PIT. Through their system, he watched every possibilities of evacuation ground, safest route for the causalities and overall view of tsunami prone areas. He carefully completed studying climate conditions of the place, elevation and altitude finding a peak zone of danger from daily basis to months. He was smart enough to familiarize with its surrounding before really executing the plan and other agents in the field.

Naku directed back wishing Captain Dragon a safe stay. He was welcomed by the special rescue team of japan with other agent from parts of the world. The head office in Tokyo has millions of Special Forces with ten time bigger structure compared to Bhutan Pro-Intelligence Team (B-PIT). They were welcomed in a hall and introduced with their code name. Captain Dragon was proud to represent B-PIT, though he noticed everything around ten years ahead of them.

On covering the self, many of them were Captain with few Lieutenants, only. The special rescue team was already in the fields for two weeks and the special agent from diverse intelligence team across the world was to be team up with one commander among them. They were asked to share their plans and views. In next twenty four hours, Captain Dragon was appointed as team leader of Bravo Team of many, cause of his overall plan and study during the flight.

 There was in total of ten teams with fifty field agents in each, including leaders. There were dispatched in two teams as first five and second five from ten. Their destination was at Hokkaido Island, 1286.4 km from the capital of Japan. The disaster was prevailing in the northernmost of Japan. The climate and meteorology expertise claimed that the disaster would occur frequently for months as there was unceasing Akan volcano eruption causing a tremendous tidal waves. It was record in the history of Japan to experience a longest and largest tsunami.

Captain Dragon and Bravo team was on the first five flight, scheduled tomorrow to Hokkaido airport. Captain Dragon was taken aback to his country with reminisces of his girlfriend, mother and friends back at headquarter with others too. Their life as an agent during the operation was never certain and he texted his feelings to them. It was mournful for him to recollect the both short, good and bad times with his girlfriend at the amusement park. Till then, he was ready to combat the calamity and return back to her.

He buried under the blanket after withdrawing from all the social media but his thoughts was hooked with his promise to friend Dechen. He was again failing as a friend and texted him with the purpose and his presence at Japan. It was disturbing to recollect all those things without anything definite image linked with his complicated life. However, he forced himself to take a nap.

Next morning, they boarded a plane to Hokkaido, one of the main four Island of Japan. It was more than an hour journey to the destination. The main operation area was at Hokkaido befalling with the tsunami up to thirty minutes and at the height of 2000 ft. with quite frequent in regular time period. Many of them became its victim. On the one hand much more were rescued saving thousands of life, though government arranged them with basic needs immediately.

The intelligence team predicted a slight movement of tidal waves towards other three Island, which was never assured of force and damages to it. Out of five team, Alpha and Delta team was dispatched at Hokkaido to rescue lives, help people to safely evacuate and render every help of the people. Other three team from first five was forwarded to other three Island, Honshu, Kyushu and Shikoku.

Captain Dragon and team Bravo was directed to Honshu Island to get set with every possible evacuation area, safest track and create awareness among the people as tsunami was likely to attract the place at any time. Captain Dragon knew that there was no looser and winner with the mission, until the Mother Nature gets calm by itself. After all, the mission was all about observations, planning, first aid, teamwork and instincts.

Honshu was located around 1400 kms away from Hokkaido connected by 23.3km Seikan tunnel. They were boarded into another plane to Honshu which took around an hour to reach at the destination. Captain Dragon with other forty nine agents were approved to carry out their operation in the field. He further divided the team into another four groups to take a lead towards different directions. Under his command, no one was allowed to take rest or appeal for the leave until they are quite with the pandemic.

They got away with survey and data collection of the place from four directions, east, west, north and south. After a week they came back together at their base camp to stream down the best place for the evacuation, expected wave tidal, safest route and best emergency clinic. Moreover, safety of the people around were their priority with precise information ranging from ages, transportation and every needs were directed to the government for necessary follow ups.

The Bravo team under command of Captain Dragon examined the place carefully with the help from hydrology and metro logy department of the nation. They allocated four evacuation site with topmost altitude of the place where the tsunami amounting above 4000 ft. won’t also affect the lives there. To combat the harsh weather, the cubic temporary sheet were set up with heater facilities from the government. One evacuation area would nearly absorb millions of people.

Every people in the nook and corner of the country were sensitized about pandemic, route and evacuation area in one month. The timing and date for the disasters were unknown but was assured that the direction of the tidal waves was towards Honshu. Conforming the hurdles in next few months, every essential goods and needs were on the place without any problems. The place got well equipped with everything on second months.

Every operation was done without causing commotion and panic to the citizen around. On predicting the calamity in one month, Captain Dragon ordered others to kick start with shifting and evacuating the people to the designated area, beforehand. The operation got in full swing with arranging the aged people at first followed with younger age groups. The evacuation site holds a stock enough to last for another three months with back team and rations if the disaster last longer than it.

On busy gearing up with the operations, the wave was two weeks ahead of the predicted analysis. Though there wasn’t any casualties, southern part of the Island got capsized under the wave, causing panic among the leftover people intensifying fear. On perceiving that, Captain Dragon directed all other three team to rescue and attend their as the conditions were critical there. In two days, they were successful in evacuating the place without any life threatening causes.

Every individual from the southern part was safe and the three team went back to their site to continue with the operation. The team dispatched in the south were ordered to be at the site to look after the people security, welfare and any lapses at the place. However, they have to make their presence if the tension in other sites gets more complicated. Captain Dragon was busy making himself to every site once in twenty four hours.

His main picture was terrorist eye on their evacuation sites despite natural calamities. He was smart enough to connect B-PIT team at Bhutan to report him any unusual satellite lapses and movements of air and navy forces. Everyone from the Bhutan was supporting him with precise and accurate information like they had promised before his departure.

With everything ready, in 2027, Honshu experienced a longest one month tsunami from the volcano eruptions recorded in the history of Japan. Even then, under the knowledge of Captain Dragon, there wasn’t a single causalities despite nonstop problems and lapses at the site. In a month, the government of Japan restored the city back to its normal condition. Everyone was content to be back at their place after three months of hibernation without losing even single life though up and downs with goods and structures.

Captain dragon and his team Bravo were awarded for their best service to the nation for everything on place without single defections. The four evacuation sites were turn up to permanent evacuation center with every facilities to combat similar situation in the future. Nearly, four months at japan was rewarding experience for Captain Dragon to act and plan in saving millions of life. On 28th April, 2028 Captain Dragon returned to his post back at B-PIT.
