"I don't want to talk now." She peeled my hands off of her and she marched into the house, closing the door with a loud bang.
"She doesn't want to talk? What the hell does that mean?
I looked at the door with dismay. How could she close the door on my face?
I was about to knock on the door but then I heard Tony speak from behind me.
"What happened, Carl?"
"She is refusing to speak with me." I managed to say.
"Why? What did you do?
"I just...."
"Wait Carl," Tony's eyes widened. "Did you tell her about the marriage?"
"Yes."
"s**t Carl! Why did you do that?!" Tony hissed.
"I had to, okay!"
I placed my hand on the door to knock again but I was immediately stopped by Tony.
"What are you doing, Carl?"
"What does it look like I'm doing?" I barked.
