My head whipped sideways and I stared at Mr. White with my eyes almost bulging out of their socket.
He nodded with nonchalance and turned to Mrs. Dreyfus.
"Are you doing it or do I need to have you replaced?" He said simply like he just spoke something normal.
"I'm...I'm... doing it." Mrs. Dreyfus trembled at his cold voice.
She took the form and placed her signature on it before putting the school stamp on it.
She stole secret glances at Mr. White.
"Can I school here now?" Bright's hopeful voice made me raise my head immediately but before I could respond to him, Mrs. Dreyfus spoke up.
