"Hey Champ, ate you ready for your first day at school?"
"I'm excited," The little boy's bubbly voice made me smile as I spoke to him.
"Aren't you, our new neighbor?" The boy queried. For some reason, I wasn't mad at him.
"Yes, I stay next door."
"You're Rina's boss aren't you?"
"Yes, I am." I shrugged. "Is there a problem?
The boy gasped and turned to look at Miss Hayes. She was standing right behind him but she wasn't speaking at all. She had her eyes widened like she saw a ghost.
"Rina, is he your boss? The one that keeps giving you too much work to do? The boy shook Miss Hayes but she didn't snap out of her daze.
