Chapter Nine: Lost of an Angel
Eloise was pulling herself in and out of consciousness. She couldn't move, and it felt like she had been hit by a truck. She couldn't feel any part of her body, and she couldn't even keep her eyes open. Her whole body ached, and she was restless. There was only one thing on her mind, and it was her baby. She was wondering what happened to them and hoping to God that she was fine despite her terrible situation.
Right after Eloise fell from the stairs, she was taken to the guest room, and the doctor whom Alice paid for immediately started treating her.
