Chapter Sixteen: Familiar Eyes
Eloise woke up that day with a positive mind and a good mood. She had a job! She can now start earning. She will save up enough money for an apartment for now, and from there, she'll see what she'll do next.
Because her work is at six in the evening, Eloise spent half of the day looking for a cheap apartment to stay in so she could leave the motel. Last night, she wasn't able to sleep much, no matter how hard she tried, because she could hear loud moans and groans coming from the room to her left and giggles from her right.
Unfortunately, her search was unsuccessful because, one, there isn't really anything cheap these days. She saw one she could afford, but the terms didn't impress her. The minimum contract has to be a year, or she won't get her deposit,
