Chapter 3

However, Rea remembered how the man looked. He wore an expensive suit and an elegant watch. And finally, she could only curse, "Damn it!" "He must be a CEO. Otherwise, he wouldn't be dressed so elegantly. If he was lying, how could he dare to tell me to go to that hotel?" In the end, Rea could only sigh softly. The next morning, Rea arrived at The Storm Hotel, but she didn't dare enter the tall building with dozens of floors. She just stood silently in front of the entrance. Her courage suddenly shrunk when she saw the people passing in front of her, looking down on her. What was wrong with her? She was dressed neatly. She checked herself in front of the glass hotel door. Rea looked at her reflection in the glass. A girl wearing dark blue jeans and a brick-red long-sleeved shirt. She was sure she didn't look messy. However, Rea was still hesitant to enter the building. She glanced at the black watch on her right hand. It was still about 10 minutes until her appointment with the man whose luxury car she had hit the previous afternoon. Rea now knew what kind of car she had hit. It was an M8, a car worth a million dollars. Come to think of it, Rea was lucky that the man hadn't dragged her to the police station. He had also been kind enough not to yell or curse at her yesterday. Seeing the damage she had caused, it seemed that the man was not lying about the cost of repairing the car. So, Rea was determined to be nice to the man so that she could pay off her debt immediately. However, when she remembered the price of the luxury car, she swallowed her saliva again and became nervous. One million dollars. How much money was that? Rea was quite surprised that someone would spend that much money on a car. Rea herself had never seen that much money. She had never even seen five hundred thousand dollars, let alone a million dollars. Rea then looked at the transparent glass door again and finally decided to go inside. Just as she was about to touch the handle to push the door open, a hotel staff member opened it for her. "Welcome to The Storm Hotel," a doorman greeted her with a smile. The young man was wearing a suit and a sash with "The Storm Hotel" written on it. Both of his hands were covered with synthetic gloves. Rea just nodded slightly at the man as she stepped inside. Rea looked to her right and left, confused about how to act. However, suddenly someone approached her. "Excuse me, Miss. Can I help you?" Rea, who also realized that the man was one of the hotel staff, said stammeringly, "Uh, I want to meet Justin Black." Oh, she felt so small there. Not only did the building look luxurious from the outside and inside, but the hotel staff also seemed elegant and classy. No wonder so many people had looked at her strangely in front of the building. This was clearly because the clothes she was wearing contrasted with those of the hotel guests. She wouldn't even be surprised if she were kicked out of there soon. "Did you make an appointment, Miss?" the man asked politely. "Uh, that's ... I was asked to meet him here. So, I didn't make the appointment," Rea replied, still nervous. The man seemed to think for a moment. "All right, ma'am. Please wait here for a moment!" the young man said. The man walked towards the reception desk, which was manned by a beautiful woman. Rea was truly struck by the beauty of the staff at that place. The receptionist looked surprised and glanced at her. Rea saw that the two were talking briefly before the man approached Rea again. "Please take a seat, Miss! Mr. Black is still in a meeting outside the hotel. He'll be here shortly." The man directed her to a waiting area. After saying that, the man bowed and left. Rea was left alone there. The girl chose to sit on a black sofa. She couldn't stop admiring the design of the five-star hotel lobby. It was very neat, beautiful, and extraordinarily luxurious. Rea was admiring a pool with a mini waterfall in the right corner of where she was sitting when a waiter approached her with a tray in his hands. "Excuse me, Miss!" the waiter said. He presented a plate containing several types of delicious cakes that Rea really wanted to eat. She was also given a glass of fresh lemon juice. "Enjoy, ma'am!" the waiter said politely. Rea was stunned. Once again, she was amazed by the service provided by this high-class hotel. They did not discriminate against guests based on their appearance. That really surprised her. Rea wouldn't be surprised if she found out the hotel's rates were so high. She began to enjoy the meal again, waiting for the man to arrive. A few minutes later, as she was sipping her lemon juice, she saw the black car she had hit yesterday stop in front of the hotel door. Justin Black got out of the passenger seat and walked into the hotel. Rea choked and started coughing. Her cough was loud enough that Justin, who had just entered the hotel lobby, turned to look at her. The man walked towards Rea, raising his right eyebrow. "So you're here!" the man said. Rea turned to look at the man and was immediately stunned. The man was indeed very handsome. The employees looked surprised when they saw their boss greeting a girl. This was the first time the boss had a female guest who was not a colleague. Rea, who had stopped coughing, replied softly, "Yes." "Come with me!" the man said with eyes as blue as the ocean. Rea quickly grabbed her backpack and got up from the rice field. "You can all go back to your work," Justin ordered. The staff who had been following him immediately left. Before Justin started walking away, he turned to a beautiful woman, “Liana, I don’t want to be disturbed for the next hour.” “Yes, Sir. Do you need anything, Sir?” the beautiful woman, whom Rea guessed was Justin’s secretary or perhaps his assistant, said. The man shook his head slowly. Rea just stood silently watching the interaction taking place in front of her. The man looked much the same as yesterday, except that today his cold and arrogant aura was even more apparent. "All right then, Sir. Please, excuse me." Justin turned back to Rea, "Come on! Come to my office!" Rea walked behind the man, who turned out to be very tall. Rea felt like a dwarf following a giant. She only realized this now because yesterday the ground where she fell was slightly sloped, so Justin's height was not so obvious. Suddenly, the man stopped walking and turned around. Rea, who wasn't expecting it, bumped into his chest. "Do you want to look like a servant walking with her master, Miss?" the man asked sharply. Rea stammered, "I'm sorry, Mr. Black. I ... just don't know how to act." Justin raised his right eyebrow, "Wait a minute! Why are you suddenly being polite to me?” Rea blinked. “Why not?” “It doesn’t suit you.” Rea immediately put on a pouty face. “So, what do you actually want, Mr. Black?” “Justin.” “Huh?” “Call me Justin.” "Why should I call you by your first name, Mr. Black?" "Justin." Justin said, glaring slightly. Rea gritted her teeth in annoyance. “Alright, Justin. Why did you ask me to come here? Did you just want to argue with me?” Justin smiled faintly. “Of course not, Miss. There’s something I want to offer you.”
