Modern City Girls' High School
Modern City Girls’ High School was one of the top girls’ schools in Modern City. Even halfway through the year, everything had been running peacefully and smoothly.
In this school studied the three girls from our story: *Ricky Andrews, Clovie Slatcher, and Emmy Sawyer*. They also lived together in the school’s boarding house.
“Ahhhhhhhh………”
A scream echoed through the entire boarding house, jolting them awake.
“Budu ammo!” Emmy sat up and checked the time. “Who the hell is screaming like that at midnight?”
Each room in the boarding house could house four students. But in Room 123, it was just Ricky, Emmy, Clovie, and Woofie. (Pets were allowed in this boarding house.)
“What the hell is this?” Ricky muttered angrily as she headed toward the door. “I’m gonna catch whoever’s playing these stupid pranks and not letting us sleep.”
To be honest, for the past two or three days, the girls had been hearing screams and sobs at night. Most of the students were panicking, but a small group including Ricky thought it was just someone’s prank and were getting furious.
Ricky marched to the door, determined to catch whoever was making those noises in the corridor. But the moment she opened it, she let out a scream herself—without even realizing it.
“Ricky! Ricky! What happened?” Emmy and Clovie rushed over.
Right by the door was a pool of red liquid, and it had gotten on Ricky’s shoes.
At that moment, they heard the sound of other girls unlocking their rooms—the scream had woken everyone up.
“What is this?” one girl asked, bending down near the red liquid outside her own room.
“This… this is blood!” she shouted, breaking into a scream herself.
Now the entire boarding house was in chaos. A few teachers who stayed on the ground floor rushed up to the second floor where the students were. They tried to calm everyone down and send them back to their rooms.
But before that, our budding detectives noticed something.
Right at the start of the corridor, on the big mirror, something was written in red:
“I’m Back”
