ACT ONE DAMINA'S POV HI ! guys, I'm Damina Jeff's. I'm the only child in my family. My mum died when i was little and I've been with my dad. My dad is very wealthy tho. Ring ...Ring....Ring Oh gosh! my alarm just rang and I'm to get ready for school. My dad changed me into a new school "Erudite High School" and I'll be going there as a boarder. After having a cool shower, I dried my body, and I headed to my drawer. I applied some cosmetics on the necessary parts of my body then I went to my wardrobe to pick some clothes. I wore a tight black singlet, black leggings and a yellow long sleeved jean jacket on top of the singlet. I wore a yellow sandal then I tied my hair in a row. I applied a light makeup on my face and a body spray then I packed my things in the box and headed downstairs. WRITER'S POV Damina headed downstairs and saw her dad having his breakfast already. Damina: Greetings dad Mr. Elvis: Greetings dear (eats the last slice of bread on his plate). Damina: You're already done eating. Mr. Elvis: Yeah. Damie, you know that you're my only child and I want the best for you, that's why I'm sending you to Erudite High School to complete your education and make me proud, okay? Damina: (Smiles) I've heard you dad. Mr. Elvis: Hope you're not forgetting anything? Damina: (Checks if her phone is in her bag) I guess I'm with everything. Mr. Elvis: Alright, Jordan have taken your bag to the car, so I you should have your breakfast now. Damina: Alright dad, I'll miss you. Mr. Elvis: (Kisses her forehead) I'll miss you too dear, i love you (checks the time in his wrist watch). Time is against me already, so Jordan will take you to school. Damina: Sure dad. Goodbye dad. Mr. Elvis: Goodbye my dear (carries his work bag and leaves). Ann: Hey Damie. Damina: Hey Ann, you woke up late. Ann: Yeah. I was dreaming. Damina: About? Ann: My hero Damina: Ann the dreamer. Ann: What's the name of your new school? Damina: "Erudite High School", the school for the rich. Ann: (Snaps her fingers in the air) hey, don't oppress me that didn't go to a big school. (They both laughs and Jordan comes in immediately). Jordan: Hey Damina, you aren't done with your breakfast yet? Damina: No Jordan: Be fast. Ann: I'll miss you Damie. DAMINA'S POV We got to the school and I saw some other new students. Jordan showed me where I'll go and take my card for my room. He waved and drove off. I headed straight to the admin office. I saw a lady sat on an armed chair and she was busy with her laptop. I kept admiring her charming look and she noticed my presence. Tina: Hey dear Damina: Hi! I'm Damina Jeff and am a new student. Tina: Oh! I think I've seen your name in the students list (Opens a drawer) Here, have it. Damina: Thanks ma. I left and kept staring at the strange card then saw a number. Damina: Ohh! I'm in room number 28. I pray it's gonna be nice and comfortable. I got to the room then I inserted the card, then the door opened, I took the card and put it back in my bag. I walked in and it felt as if am in a palace, the wide, comfortable and well furnished sitting room was like that in our house. I loved the blue and white large white bulbs that were used to decorate the parlour then I walked into the kitchen. The kitchen was just like a room designed for a new born baby. It was indeed very comfortable and nice. I walked to the room then I saw four wardrobes, a large toilet with a wide bathroom and a pink bathtub in it. A mirror was also inside there. I kept all my belongings at a corner in the room, then I arranged few of my books on one of the reading table. There were four reading tables then I took one. Just then, a fair girl dressed in a pink cropped top with a white maxi flay skirt and a white hat came in, then she threw herself in the soft bed. Jessica: Hi, I'm Jessica but you can call me Jessie Damina: Hi, I'm Damina but my dad calls me Damie. Nice to meet you. Jessica: Same here. (Stands up and goes to the fridge). I stared at her beautiful face which fits her pointed nose and her round orange lips. She comes in with a chilled yogurt and two green glass cups, she pours in hers and in the other cup. Jessica: Hey Damie, have it Damina: Thanks. I drank the yoghurt and it chilled my stressed brain. I opened my box and brought out two satchets of peanut. Damina: Here, have it. Jessica: Yeeeeeaah! a peanut, thanks Damina: Your welcome. I think we are four in this room (I guessed as I looked at her face). Jessica: Yh, we are four. Damina: (smiles) my guess was right I took my music player and began to play some hip-hop music then Jessica buried her face on her bed as she falls asleep. Lights out!
