I’d gotten to spend the last four days with Rennie. I’d learned so much about her and pieced more together from what Kyle had told me growing up. In all she had led a normal childhood. Only a few things struck me different. Her grandparents weren’t around on either side. School was a breeze. Kyle had always been her best friend and she doesn’t remember a time she didn’t love him.
