Rosie took Kylie by the hand and asked, "Could you please show me where my room is again?"
Kylie looked at her and saw the pleading look in her eyes. "Sure," she said walking out with her.
"Something is wrong, Vincent knew I was pregnant," Rosie said stopping Kylie in the hallway.
"Do you think it's him?" Kylie asked
"It's him but it's like someone wiped his memory." Rosie tried to explain. "He wasn't in his office, I went looking for him before we went out. I thought he went out before us but now he is denying having left at all."
Kylie looked at her concerned. "Like someone flashed him out."
"Maybe," Rosie said thinking it over.
"My dads put up a security system in the pack-house. We can check the video." Kylie said after thinking it over.
Rosie looked at her with hope in her eyes.
Kylie reached out and took her hand again, flashing them to the residence.
Chase looked at the two that had just arrived. "Girls," he said quickly getting to his feet. "How is Anna?" he asked looking at them both.
"Dad, can we check the security video?" she asked. "Sorry, Anna woke up but we gave her something to make her sleep."
"It must be important?" Chase asked looking at the girls. "You left Anna, what are we looking for on the video?"
"We need to know if Vincent left his office or if someone took him from his office.
Chase looked at them both. "You think someone took him? From our pack-house. How could they? Come on, I will show you." he said taking them to his office and pulling up the cameras. "When?"
"Yesterday, about 8 am he went to his office," Rosie said thinking things over.
Chase pulled the video, they watched the entire time from 8 until Vincent emerged with Griffin once Anna had been returned. They even saw Rosie go into the office and come out looking confused.
"Someone took him," Kylie whispered out.
Rosie nodded, "What's happening?" she asked worriedly
"We need to figure out how much of Vincent's memory has been erased.
Kylie looked at her father, "Is dad near? I need to tell you both something."
Chase nodded and mind-linked Chance to come to the office. In no time, he arrived and kissed both girls.
"Is Anna doing ok?" he asked worriedly, looking from Kylie to Rosie and back.
Kylie took a deep breath and looked from one dad to the other. "The wolf that had Anna, he, he seemed to know mom. He thought Mom would come to get Anna." She started to explain.
"Who?" Chance asked, his grip so tight that the desk in front of him shattered
Rosie looked at Kylie and her eyes went wide.
"Tell me who." Chance said walking towards Kylie and gripping her shoulders.
"Harry, his name is Harry," Kylie answered scared of the look on her father's face.
Chase punched a hole into the wall. "He hurt Anna to get to Katie? Why?"
"Dad, he, I think had something to do with killing my Grandmother, Selene."
"He's still obsessed after all this time." Chance looked at the two girls, "You two need to be careful. You can't trust him and must be aware of your surroundings."
"You won't be able to get to him," Kylie said looking at her father's. "He's in the Outside Realm."
"How the hell did he get there?" Chase said looking at Chance.
"It makes sense, he never would have survived otherwise." Chance answered.
"He's the one that took mom?" she said looking between them.
Chase nodded and Kylie felt a tightness in her chest.
"I remember how awful that was. He hid her back then." Kylie said thinking back.
"He got even better, The Outside Realm," Chase said shaking his head. "We will increase security on your mother."
Kylie nodded. "You will tell her?"
"How can we? She couldn't sleep when she came back." Chase said looking at Chance.
"We will." Chance answered.
"We need her to check Vincent over, Someone erased his memory," Rosie said suddenly.
"I will let her know." Chance said smiling at her. "Just be careful," then he hugged them both before they returned to the moon.
