"What are you planning?" He asked suspiciously.
"This doesn't concern you, just leave." He growled out.
"I told you to stop hurting her. Why can't you just do what I ask?"
"She won't be hurt, she is getting what she wants," he answered back annoyed.
"And just what does she want?" he asked rolling his eyes. "We both know she has a mate. That mate isn't you!"
"We're connected, I feel it. Soon so will she," he said as he prepared the supplies that he would need.
'What the hell are you doing?" he said seeing the items being gathered.
"For once, could you just help me? Could you stop judging me, stop worrying about everybody else, and just do what I ask? Is this possible? Could you just support me? Will you help me?"
"What do you need me to do?" he asked waiting for his instructions.
After receiving his instructions, he sighed. "If you really need me to do this, I will but, I don't like it. It's safe here, will this really help that girl?"
"Yes," he simply stated continuing his work. When he looked back, he was alone. He couldn't help the smile that spread across his face.
Kylie and Griffin made their way inside, she had to use a great deal of magic to break the forcefield that seemed to be protecting the fortress. It didn't last long, just enough time for them to get inside. Kylie looked back in awe that it was already sealed back up.
"Let's go, we have a lot of ground to cover," she told Griffin as they started to move.
"I'll check this way, you go that way," Griffin told her.
"You have to stay with me or you could end up stuck here, Don't forget that," Kylie warned.
Griffin nodded and took her hand as they began to search.
"Your back? That was quick," he said as he finished what he was doing and turned around. "What is he doing here?"
"I'm not doing it. You get to figure that part out," he said heading for the door. "I did what I could." then he was gone.
"Well, great," he said annoyed. Then he got to work.
After quite a bit of time had passed, he brought Anna into the next room and got to work. He carefully performed the scans and obtained her donation. He continued working throughout the night. He secured the other donation and completed his work. Finally, he worked on Anna, after several hours, she was returned to a new room. It was sterile and beautiful, decorated for a Princess. He smiled smugly to himself and left the room, securing it behind him.
He went to his Uncle's room, "Return him." he said simply.
"You got what you needed?"
"I did," looking at him for a minute. "Thank you."
He nodded and went to gather the "visitor"
As he returned to Anna, he was shocked to see two people inside the room.
"Goddess," he said with a smug smile, "I've been waiting for you." As Kylie turned to look at him, his face turned angry, "You're not Katie!"
"I'm not," she said studying his face.
"Where the hell is she? She's supposed to be the next Moon Goddess, Not you. Who are you?"
"I'm her daughter, Kylie. Did you take Anna to get to my mother?" she asked surprised. As she spoke Kylie carefully moved her hand to Anna's foot as she held tightly onto Griffin's hand.
"I deserve another chance with your mother," He said between gritted teeth. "That's why I went to all the trouble to get rid of Selene!"
As he was distracted, A vortex opened up sucking the three inside and then closed.
Harry stood there blinking his eyes. How did she do that? Why didn't this work? He had been planning this for so long, he got rid of the Moon Goddess so Katie would come to him. He spent so much time trying to get her. He was so angry. He needed her, putting that girl through so much pain, trying to entice her to follow the clue to him. All that planning for nothing. He had been living here, planning, plotting, and she never came.
A brilliant flash of light appeared as the vortex spit the three out. Griffin broke the fall from the two women, Anna, still unconscious.
The coven had remained chanting the entire time that Kylie had been gone. Kylie ran to the table that was in the center and removed one of the artifacts, releasing them. Exhaustion was clear on their faces.
"Thank You all," Kylie said as they looked at her and seeing Anna, looked content. Griffin helped Kylie gather up Anna and brought her into the adjoining room, placing her on the bed.
"Could you take them back and bring Victor, Vincent, and Rosie?" Kylie asked looking at Griffin.
"I will, but, look at what she is wearing," he said warily.
"I'll change her," Kylie said grabbing some clothes and looking at Griffin.
He nodded and went back into the Dome. "Ladies, if you could hold hands, I will return you to your lands."
They all held hands and he flashed them home. Then he went to get the twins and Rosie.
When he got to the pack-house, he found Vincent sleeping in his office. After trying several times, he finally was able to wake him. He seemed disorientated and Griffin dragged him along. Then he found Rosie and looked at her a few times.
"We need to find Victor," he told her.
"He is just cleaning up, we've been searching all day," Rosie told him.
Griffin quickly located Victor and flashed the three to the Dome.
"Why are we here?" Victor asked annoyed. "I need to go back out looking."
Kylie opened the door and smiled at them. "We found her," she said opening the door further.
Victor rushed inside taking Anna's hand.
Vincent followed, in his haze he saw the marks on Anna's body and froze. "What happened to her?"
Victor looked at Vincent, and followed his gaze, "Oh my god, who did this to her?"
"I knew she was in pain," Rosie said her hand covering her mouth.
Vincent stumbled and Kylie, lead him to a chair.
"Are you ok?" she whispered to him.
He nodded staring at Anna.
Kylie looked at Rosie, "I think you have something to tell us."
Rosie looked at Kylie, "I don't know where she was."
Kylie simply nodded and went to the bed, using her powers on Anna, trying to heal her. Once she finished, Griffin helped her return to the Dome.
"You need to stay here until you heal," he ordered her. "Relax, I will bring you back some food." Kylie nodded as he left.
