"Dads wants us to be at the Pack-House in the morning," Vincent said as they headed to the Lake.
"You can go without me," Victor answered back.
Anna locked eyes with Victor, she looked worried.
"I promise, I won't leave your side," he said to her without missing a beat. "My dads will understand."
Vincent walked to her side and took her other hand. "We can bring you with us."
Anna looked between the two confused. "I-I guess we can go." she finally responded to Vincent.
"Come on," he said pulling her to the edge of the rock formation.
Victor looked on as Vincent picked Anna up, ready to jump in with her.
"Ug, you two are just like each other." she squealed out.
"Last chance, throw the shirt or it gets wet with you," Vincent said laughing. "In 5, 4, 3, 2. . ."
Anna quickly pulled off the shirt and threw it just as Vincent's feet left the rock. They soon landed in the water with a huge splash. As they came back to the surface, Vincent still had Anna firmly in his grasp.
Victor was sitting on the rock watching them with a faint smile on his face. This reminded him so much of when they were young. Rosie came over and sat down next to him.
Anna yelled as they came back to the surface, "Brat, you know its cold."
"That never used to bother you," he said laughing. Suddenly he gave her a strange look. "Anna are you wearing something?"
"Yeah a bathing suit." She said slapping him.
Vincent let out a small laugh as he finally released her. He immediately looked at Victor and then back to Anna.
"What?" Rosie asked Victor.
"He smells it too," Victor said getting up. He pulled his shorts off and jumped into the water.
Rosie continued to watch the three swimming around, splashing and taunting each other. She watched as Vincent seemed lost in her sister's every move. She couldn't help the feeling of shame as it washed over her body. The three of them looked so happy with each other.
Anna saw Rosie looking sad, sitting on the rock and she swam to the edge and pulled herself out, sitting down next to her. Vincent watched her getting out and looked at Victor, "Her scars,"
"Kylie," he answered smiling at Anna as she pulled his shirt over her tiny bikini.
"She never used to cover up," Vincent said to Victor.
"Something happened." Victor said, "She'll talk about it when she's ready."
"How did you end up with Anna?" Vincent asked.
"Rosie drugged us, I told you something was wrong, but you didn't care," Victor answered. Then a small, irritated laugh, "Guess you do now, huh?"
