Jesse Hart I didn't sleep, I couldn't sleep I was awake all night, whenever I closed my eyes the only thing I see it's Jaxon golden eyes and him pinning me to the wall. My alarm clock rang again but the sound feels like a background noise in my own trains of thoughts,ni flinched again as I remembered what he said, he said he would rip me apart. No... He won't do that, he can't do that this is the 21st century he can't just rip a person apart, even if he does he certainly won't get away with it, I stood up immediately and rubbed my eyes, he was just trying to scare me, and he managed to do it. I felt anger build up in me he was just trying to scare me that's why he said that, and his eyes turning gold that must be some sort of trick, all this was carefully planned by him before he came here, I laughed angrily before I walked to the bathroom. "Just you wait Jaxon Voss, I would get back at you for this" I yelled slamming the bathroom door shut, I quickly took a shower and just when I was about to exit the bathroom I saw myself in the mirror. I look horrible, I look like a horror character from a vengeful bride series, I had huge black circles around my eyes and my eyes were bloody red, I bit my lower lip out of anger before I stomped out of the bathroom. I quickly wore short black jeans, and a black crop top before I tied my short dark hair into a ponytail, I grabbed my bag and helmet before I walked out of the room, I can't wait to punch that bastard in the face. I rode my bike, and I arrived at the department building in no time, I glanced at the parking area where he claimed is his as if he owned the school, I wanted to park at the spot again but when I remembered what he said I parked near the spot. It might be a prank but he really does looks like a killer, I grabbed my bag and removed my earbuds, putting it in my ears I blasted rock music, I put on a cap before I started walking towards the building. I could feel eyes on me as I walked past students, I am still the story of the day aren't I, I thought everyone would have forgotten by now, but it looks like I am wrong, I removed my earbuds as I neared the class. “She is the girl who talked back to him” “No way she is a new student that's why ahe doesn’t know what she is doing”another student whispered. I ignored them, this type of thing doesn't really bother me, they can keep talking behind my back, none of them has the guts to walk up to me and say that to my face. I was almost near the class when suddenly a hand slammed against the wall right beside me “Hey princess” I froze slowly pulling out the other earbud. Four girls were standing right in front of me wearing the same type of black jackets with silver necklaces that had a fang emblem, I think I have seen this type of fang somewhere but I can't remember where exactly I saw it,the girls were wearing heavy makeup that made them look like they walked straight out of a music video. At the center was her, she was tall with sharp cheekbones and a blonde hair braided back like a crown “You are the new girl who thinks she can talk back to Jaxon” she said slowly tilting her head “Cute” I blinked“You are blocking my way." Her smirk widened "oh really? I just wanted to warn you, Silvercrest has rules, you stay out of places you don’t belong, and you definitely don’t go against people who could chew you up” I adjusted my backpack “Did he send you?” I questioned glaring at her, did he seriously think these girls can scare me? She laughed humorlessly“He doesn’t need to I just don’t like when strays bite above their rank” I sighed already tired of the drama “Move” I said again firmer this time, looking directly into her black eyes.but instead of stepping back she stepped closer folding her arms “You are brave it's a shame it won’t last” Then she shoved me back, It wasn’t hard enough to make me fall but enough to make my bag slip off my shoulder, the crowd started gathering fast, phones up and eyes hungry for drama. I straightened slowly, "That was your first mistake weirdo” Her smirk disappeared and was replaced by something else, before I could speak she lunged at me I quickly blocked her arm, the sound of gasps echoing around us, she swung again and I ducked my adrenaline spiking I wasn’t a fighter by training but I have survived worse. I grew up in the ghettos. “Stop it” one of the girls Shouted. But it was too late, the weirdo had already grabbed a fistful of my shirt she is weirdly strong, she used her long nails to scrape my knuckles before I twisted her hand breaking free and shoving her back hard enough that she stumbled into the bench. The crowd gasped, I could hear my own breathing, my hands were trembling but not from fear....from anger. The girl got up glaring at me with something feral in her eyes “You think you are tough human?” we are all humans so why is she talking like she is something else. I blinked confused and before I could move she was in front of me lowering her voice so only I could hear. “You have no idea what kind of den you have walked into you b***h, if I were you I would leave before it gets too late” Her friends quickly pulled her back before she could finish what she was saying, and that was it the crowd began to scatter murmuring things to each other. my knuckles was scraped my hair a mess but my spine stayed straight I refused to give her the satisfaction of seeing me collapsed. I could feel eyes behind me piercing holes into my skull, I slowly turned ready for another fight, but it was him.... Jaxon he was standing there his arms crossed, his eyes dark and unreadable, and his expression blank. Again students moved away making way for him, even the weirdo that was fighting me looked down but I continued looking straight into his cold dangerous eyes. Jaxon’s gaze slid from her to me before he spoke his deep voice low and calm “i guess you are no t as fragile as you look”and with that he turned and walked away.
