That’s how she put it. And no words could ring more true at this very moment. Not that she knew they would pertain to this situation. But Grandma must have known these words would apply somewhere, sometime, and therefore, tucked them into my back pocket for just such occasions.
See, my grandma lived with us for about a year, before she was moved into an assisted-living home.
