Chapter 4 get a new job

“Willian Green?” she said his name again.
“Yes. That’s me. So you recall anything?” he was quite looking forward to her answer.
“No. But if you insist, I can google you now.” she was trying to take out her phone.
He pulled her over and stopped her. “No need. Come in. Or do you want to go home? I call a taxi for you.”
No, she didn’t want to go home. She lied that there was actually no one waiting for her at home. And the last thing she wanted now was to stay alone.
Somehow, he seemed to see her though, and pulled her into his arms. He was so warm that she didn’t feel that cold anymore.
But she stood still at the door, “I didn’t want to do anything tonight. So if you want to…”
He shrugged and said, “Then nothing will happen tonight, but you should admit it’s your loss.” He suddenly pulled his shirt up and showed off his masculine body, “See? Your loss.”
She was amused by him and couldn’t help smiling, “Thank you. Willian.”
That was a quiet night and she slept safe and sound in the arms of a stranger. Everything would be so perfect until she woke up and found nobody but a note on the table.
It said, ‘see yourself out’. Three words and nothing more.
He was really such a gentleman last night that she got greedy and thought maybe something would happen between them.
No, there was no fairy tale in the world. She must find a job for herself.
When Lucy left the door and she suddenly ran into a woman. She was so stunning and looked fabulous in the tight skirt.
“Who are you? Why are you coming out of Willian’s room?” that woman raised her eyebrow and questioned.
Lucy was uncomfortable with her attitude and asked, “Who are you? Are you his girlfriend? Well, he didn’t mention he had one last night?”
The woman was a little angry. She looked Lucy up and down and snorted, “According to your look, I guess he must give a huge tip last night.”
‘Tip? She thought I was a w***e? Come on, why did this happen again and again recently?’
Lucy was offended and instead of explaining, she talked back with a big smile, “Well, he had so much fun last night. He told me that was the best s*x he had. EVER.”
Then Lucy saw her covering her month out of surprise and left in a good mood.
What a lovely morning.
Lucy came home and looked at the mirror instantly. He was right. She got such a large bruise here. She went to the refrigerator and took out some ice to ease the pain.
When Lucy was applying for jobs on the Internet, she heard a knock on her door. Who was here? She got up and opened the door.
Jessica came.
“Oh my god, are you OK?” Jessica came in and saw Lucy holding the ice bag on her stomach.
“No, I was being so unlucky recently.” Lucy offered Jessica a cup of coffee and told her what happened last night, including Willian.
Jessica didn’t buy it at all. “I trust you on the manager’s part. But Willian? No way! He was so many girls’ dream lover! I guess you made that part up. Unless you must show me some concrete proof.”
Proof? Lucy recalled having his note, a phone number. She took it out of her jeans and showed it to Jessica.
“You think you can fool me just by some piece of paper? We are talking about Willian!”
“So he was quite famous, right?”
“Of course! Lucy, you don’t watch TV?” She took Lucy’s computer and googled Willian. So much news came along with his photos. That was exactly the face that came so close to her last night. That was exactly the person who kissed her and touched her body. Thinking about this, Lucy went blushed immediately.
“He is voted as the most attractive man last year and truly a rising star in the showbiz. He played a hot and sexy detective and I really adore him.” Jessica touched his face on the screen and couldn’t help laughing.
“OK. I get it. He is really cool.” Lucy focused her attention back on the job, “Now I really need to find a job.”
“Wait!” Jessica was holding that phone number in her hand, “Did you just say he recommended you try this advertising film? Maybe we can start from here. Or you don’t want to because you are lying.”
Jessica was right. Why not? Since she really needed a job now.
“OK, let’s do this.” Lucy snatched that note and called.
“Hello?” The phone was through。
Lucy got a little nervous and stuttered, “He…llo?” She ignored Jessica’s smirk and took a deep breath. “Are you needing someone for the advertising film?”
There was a period of silence and then the other side asked, “Who are you? How did you get this number?”
“Willian, Willian Green.” She finally said his name and somehow got brave, “He recommends me to have a try. Could you please arrange that for me?”
“Sure. We will shoot tomorrow, and you can come. We’ll see if you suit the film.”
“Yeah. Sure. I’ll be there on time.” said her.
After she hung up, she couldn’t help jumping up and felt the pain on her belly badly, “Ouch！”
Jessica was shocked and looked at Lucy in surprise, “Oh My God.”
