Chapter - 16

Alexander Giul Fredrick. What is that jerk doing here? The diary never mentioned him. Neither did this family say to him even once. So why is he here? Did he find out that I'm still alive? If so, I need to be careful. I opened the door and raised an eyebrow. "I'm looking for Mrs. Florina. You must be her daughter." He said as he extended his hand towards me. Before I could take his hand, another hand quickly grabbed his hand and shook it. "In case you haven't heard, she has amnesia. And I can clearly remember that we told you to not come back here. You have done enough damage already." My brother said. I could see the rage in his eyes—good thing he's not welcomed here. At least I can show my hatred towards him. Both of them let go of each other's hands and were glaring at each other. We were standing there for a good five minutes. I could feel the cold air. I rolled my eyes and clapped my hands together to gain their attention. "Ah, you can go back to your room, it's cold outside.-" "Who's at the door? Oh, it's you. Didn't you learn your lesson? I'm pretty sure our daughter isn't interested in you anymore." My mother said, looking at him. So this girl liked him? Now I feel grossed out. "Is that so? I would like to hear it from her, not from someone else." He said as he looked at me with a smile. "Such a huge businessman still doesn't know, huh? If you truly cared about her, you would have known what happened. No, you could have prevented it. You want her because my daughter has the same name as your deceased girlfriend. Leave before I call the police for stalking my daughter or for being a pedophile." My mother said everything through gritted teeth. He truly has no shame at all. He knew what company I was in charge of and I didn't give him any power there. But if he showed that he had a girl with the same name, there was a chance that they would accept this girl as the leader and he would profit from that. Because in my will I made sure to write my name, that only a girl with the same name and that girl has to have some connections with a woman named Jenny. Since he's still trying to find Jenny, he has to make sure this girl is always on his radar. Good luck, not. I tugged at the mother's arm and motioned for me to leave. She patted my head and nodded. I glanced at him again and left. I got back to my room and quickly sat down at my laptop. I texted Jenny informing her to set up a meeting tomorrow for me to get back to the company. It didn't take long for her to reply with the words 'On it Miss.'. I then sat back down on my bed thinking about what to do. Jenny will bring in a lawyer to confirm my will and she will also bring the boss of the group and all the members of my company. I'm glad that Jenny still holds the position as the secretary and as a temporary leader there. But in the company, she goes by the name Kayleigh. Which I picked myself. The meaning of that name is Keeper of the keys, pure. And in this situation she truly is. That is the reason why he hasn't found her. And I'm glad. I then fell asleep without thinking much. The next day, my mother drove me to school and Daniel kept asking me questions. I explained that my mother wanted to spend the whole day with me, which is why I didn't show up yesterday. After a while, he dropped the questions and we enjoyed each other's company. At the end of the day, we said goodbye and I waited for my mother to come and pick me up. As I was waiting, I noticed his car. Still, stalking me huh? I texted Jenny to somehow make a traffic jam when she would come over to pick me up since I was being followed. As I sent the text message, my mother arrived and picked me up. As we were driving back, I motioned with my hand that someone was following us, and she frowned. We pulled over and she got out of the car, ready to confront them. While she was doing that, I took a photo of their license plate. But instead of waiting for them to get to her, she quickly sat back and, at full speed, drove straight to the police station. We went inside and my mother started talking to them. I gave them the license plate and they escorted us to the house. This is true hell. When we got back, I went to my room, did my homework, and went to take a shower. The rest of the day I spent with my mother and waiting for the message. I then informed her that I'd go to bed early, which she agreed with. I got back to my room, locked the door, changed into my outfit, and jumped out of the window. At 8 pm, we arrived at my company and she gave me a black mask that matched the dress I had changed into in the car. We took the elevator to the meeting room and she opened the door for me. They all stood up and the lawyer was already present bowing down. We sat down and after two hours, I regained the company and signed the documents. He truly has no chance of getting this place now. After another two hours of going through all the documents and half an hour of observing them, I finally got back into my space to do the important work. If you were wondering about something, let me explain. Jenny changed my name so no one else, only the people in the room knew what was going on. Even though it was a different name, they confirmed that it's unsafe to make my name public if I have reincarnated. Everyone's seal is on the paper and it was hidden by Jenny. Proving that I was the true owner of this place, I exposed every single one of the people there and what situation they were in before they joined the company. Since all that information has been concealed by me. I got back at midnight and quickly fell asleep. The news of my company getting a new CEO should be published tomorrow morning, and a look-alike with a black mask will be there in my stead. She won't be doing anything, since Jenny will be doing all the talking. Everything is going too fast. I need to slow down or this will be dangerous.
