Blurb

Five years ago, on her 18th birthday, Nova Blackwood was publicly rejected by Alpha Kade Sinclair. He called her "weak" and "unworthy" in front of the entire pack, choosing her older sister as his mate instead. Humiliated and heartbroken, Nova ran away that same night, leaving behind the only home she ever knew. She swore she would never return to the Silver Moon Pack. But fate is cruel. Now 23, Nova is no longer the broken girl they remember. Trained by a rogue pack, she’s stronger, deadlier, and hiding a secret: she’s mated to the most feared Alpha in the North. When a territorial war forces her back to Silver Moon as the new Luna of their enemy pack, she comes face to face with Kade again. Only this time, HE is the one begging. Because the Moon Goddess made a mistake... and Kade’s true mate was never his sister. It was Nova.Kade wants a second chance. Nova wants revenge. He demands she stay and heal the rift between the packs. She agrees — but only to destroy him from the inside. As old wounds reopen and new dangers close in, the line between hate and desire blurs. Can Kade earn forgiveness for breaking her? Or will Nova choose her new mate and watch Silver Moon burn? One thing is certain: this time, SHE has all the power.

CHAPTER 1: THE RETURN OF THE EXILED LUNA
The wind over Silver Moon Pack territory had not changed. It still carried the same scent of pine, wet earth, and memories Nova Blackwood had spent five years trying to bury. She stood at the border, her black coat tight around her frame, eyes scanning the land she once called home. The same gates. The same watchtowers. But she was not the same girl who had fled barefoot and broken on her eighteenth birthday. That girl had died the night Alpha Kade Sinclair rejected her. “Unworthy,” he had said. And the pack had watched. Nova’s jaw tightened at the memory, but her expression stayed calm. Controlled. Dangerous. Behind her, the warriors of the Northern Black Pack waited silently. They did not fidget. They did not question. They simply obeyed. Because she was no longer the rejected girl. She was Luna Nova Blackwood — mate to the most feared Alpha in the North. A horn sounded at the Silver Moon gates. They had sensed her arrival. Of course they had. Nova stepped forward. The gates opened slowly, revealing warriors dressed in silver armor. Familiar faces flickered through the crowd — wolves who once laughed when she cried. Now they did not laugh. They looked afraid. Good. A figure stepped forward from the inner court. Even before she saw his face, her wolf reacted. Heat. Rage. Recognition. Alpha Kade Sinclair. He looked the same — tall, strong, carved from authority itself. But his eyes… His eyes froze when they met hers. For a split second, something unreadable crossed his expression. Shock. Then disbelief. Then something far more dangerous. Regret. Nova tilted her head slightly. “So,” she said softly, voice cutting through the silence like a blade. “This is the pack that called me weak.” No one spoke. Kade took one step forward. Then another. His voice was lower now, controlled but tight. “Nova…” Hearing her name in his voice almost made her laugh. Almost. But she had buried that version of herself too deep for laughter. “I didn’t come here for apologies,” she said. “I came because your Alpha Council requested alliance terms.” Her gaze flicked past him deliberately. “Or did you forget you’re the one who needs me now?” A flicker of tension passed through the crowd. Kade’s jaw tightened. “You shouldn’t have come back,” he said quietly. Nova smiled — but it wasn’t warm. “I didn’t come back,” she replied. “I was brought back.” The wind shifted. And somewhere deep inside her, her wolf whispered one thing: He still doesn’t know. Nova stepped past him. And as she did, she made a silent promise: Silver Moon Pack would remember her name differently this time.
