THE MEET
Cecile stood up from the bed looking around her room. The sharp pain in her belly waking her up completely in an instant. She groaned.
She headed towards the bathroom to check herself only to find that her period had arrived earlier than expected.
She quickly solved that and headed downstairs.
Her father Mr.Aiden was the CEO of a huge international company. Recently to stop the rumors surrounding her and an opposing company he had decided to get her married.
This would stop the share drops, and give her a married life.
If the man she married was considerate, she didn’t think it’d be half as bad. But she needed to choose from a top family.
Upon arrival downstairs she greeted her father.
“ Greetings dad.” She said before taking a seat.
Her dad looked at her guiltily and sighed. “ No matter how I look at this Cecile this looks like an elaborate trap we’ve falling into. I never wanted your marriage to be this way.”
Cecile sighed. She knew her dad cared. He was always busy, but he did. “ Dad don’t worry about it. If it’s not a good marriage I’d simply get divorced.”
“Look at the information in front of you. This is the man I’ve chosen, he should be able to protect you.”
Cecile furrowed her brows, protect her…from what.
“ Dad…is there something your not telling me?” she asked starring at him for answers.
Mr. Aiden simply shrugged it off telling her that the contract has been signed and she should get ready to leave.
He leaves heading for the office while she walk upstairs to get changed and take a bath.
After getting dressed to get a marriage certificate, upon her arrival downstairs Cecile meets a group of bodyguards in all black surrounding a couch with the most stunning man she had ever seen.
“ Hi, I’m Cecile Aiden. Nice to meet you.” She said taking a seat in the living room. No matter how she looked at it this man gave off dangerous vibes. But it wasn’t directed at her…yet.
Damien slowly raises his head, his slightly curly hair had been put in place by gel and styling.
His obsidian black eyes demanding attention, sharp jawline and eyes. He was like a Greek god.
“ Let’s go get our certificate.” He said stepping out and leaving ahead of her. His bodyguards quickly forming a wall around him.
Well let’s go then, Cecile stood up walking behind him.
Damien paused looking at his sides, he noticed her absence and waited for her to catch up.
“ You should walk beside me.”
“ Okay.” She replied walking alongside him as the bodyguards closed behind them again.
Upon arrival outside, Cecile headed towards her car but was stopped by Damien. He pulled her into his Maybach and signaled the driver while they left.
They soon got a certificate and he
aded towards his house.
