Chapter 3

Dr. Aryan's family knew Harsha sir's family and they were like second family to Muskaan.

Hema and Indrajeet saw a daughter which in her which they never had and Muskaan also used to love them.

Rahul and Muskaan are best friends. They used to study together for MBBS but due to accident Muskaan was not able to continue her studies but Rahul continued. He used to take care and play with her when ever she used to come at their house.

Muskaan reached Dr. Aryan's house along with with kaka. Hema heard the car entering the compund of their home and went to open the door so that she can welcome Muskaan.

Muskaan got happy as soon as she saw Hema and started crying hugging her tightly " Aunty, Dadu is not playing and talking with me"

Hema's heart got saddened hearing Muskaan's innocent complaint.

She brought her inside and made her sit on sofa and consoled her saying " Beta, he is ill right now. Once he becomes strong like you, he will again play and talk with you."

Hema turned towards Ramdayal and asked about Harsha sir's condition. His eyes got tears while saying that he is in critical condition and Aditya had said that the chances are very less.

Hema sat beside Muskaan and started patting her head praying to God to make everything good.

Hema made Muskaan and Ramdayal to have their lunch and asked Muskaan to rest in guest room.

After some hour's Hema's phone started ringing.

"Aryan, how is Harsha sir's health now?" enquired Hema."Aryan say something, what happened" she got tensed now.

"Mom Harsha sir is no more"

"What! But.. " Hema was able to understand what to say and what not to say. Only Muskaan's innocent face was coming in front of her eyes.

"Mom, I am doing all the formalities of here and then we will have to do all the final rites of Harsha sir's" said Aryan.

"You do what is right. I will try to make Muskaan understand. The innocent child is getting published for what, I am not understanding." said Hema.

"Mom, I have something to talk about Muskaan to you and dad also." said Aryan.

"Yeah beta, tell me"

"No Mom after the final rites of Harsha sir, I will tell you both".

" Okay beta, as you wish".

Hema went to guest room and saw that Muskaan was sleeping innocently.

Tears started flowing from her eyes as she was not able to bear the pain which Muskaan is going through.She sat on bed where Muskaan and started waking her up lovingly.

"Muskaan, wake up bacha. See Rahul will come now and you want to play with him right."

"Yes aunty, I want to play with him" said to Hema after waking up hearing that she will play with Rahul.

"Okay. So get up and fresh up. Then have chocolate shake after that play." said Hema caressing Muskaan' face.

Hema informed Ramdayal about Harsha sir's death and he got shocked hearing it.

She asked him to go to Harsha sir's house to start preparing for final rites and she would bring Muskaan there after some time as Aryan would be bringing the dead body there.

Ramdayal went with the driver to Harsha sir's house and started preparing for final rites whereas Hema informed Indrajeet and Rahul about it and asked them to reach Harsha sir's house.They got shocked hearing the sad demise of Harsha sir and tensed about Muskaan's future.
