Sins of the SonKatarina had one final gift to give. Since the Astralimes remained out of the question, she deactivated the three gates she'd made, and created a new one that linked them the business complex where S.T.R and Blood Oaths Tattoos were located. Jonah was last in line out of the door, and he paused for a few seconds, looking at Katarina.
“Thank you,” he told the Gate Linker. “I'm glad that we were able to begin again.”
“You're welcome,” said Katarina. “And I'm glad we were, as well.”
She closed the door, and Jonah and his friends were in an alley. Liz looked slightly confused.
“Where exactly are we?” she asked.
“Katarina did us a favor,” Jonah explained. “She didn't put the gate in front of either store; we'd probably have scared the hell out of some people. She put it
