Chapter 15
During the following few days, Cody tried keeping up with the other Demonic Survivors, but they didn’t seem to have much to report. Lin was an active retiree who was hard to get a hold of and Caleb wasn’t much of a conversationalist. He still didn’t trust Irene enough to confide in her, which left Naomi. Since she was younger than the other adults, she was actually active on f*******:, and Cody managed to chat with her a few times there. He let her know Page’s killer might be following them to find Christy, but she didn’t seem too worried. The rest of their talks consisted of her filling him in on her workplace dramas.
