Curtis said the Dos fought with his dad just so he could attend my birthday celebration and requested to take the day off the next day.
Dos wanted to stay the night so he helped with the cleaning and the dishes who got scolded by mom saying a guest shouldn't do those jobs and mom let us rest early. We went to my room and let Dos take a shower first as I cleaned my room and replaced the bedsheet and pillowcases.
I took a shower after Dos with my heart pounding inside my chest and my mind couldn't stop thinking about what would happen with Dos staying the night in my room. I really want to smack my head for thinking and hoping that something would happen. The water was cold but I took my time under the shower to clear my mind.
