Alpha

I lay my head back and close my eyes, I don't remeber when the last time was felt this tired. Coming out of the office both of them wanted to know what happened,  Alex of course heard every word because he disobeyed my direct orders and Emmi picked up that he knew something and wanted to know, too. They've been badgering me for the last 20 minutes.  Alex in my head and Emmi very loudly in the car. This is not how I envisioned my life being. It's hard and there's too much drama..." Eric can you hear me? I'm just saying that if you have injuries of another kind we should know about them, the people that support you should be aware of all your needs." I ignore her and instead ask her the burning question I've been holding on to since getting in the car. "Do you believe me, now?" " I'm not following" clearing my throat I ask Alex to put up the divider and I feel her getting tense. "I want to know if you believe that I've lost my memory now?" She blinks several times and I'm sure she only realised in that moment that she accused me of lying earlier in the day. "I'm sorry for saying that you faked your memory loss, I do believe you." At least that's one good thing that came out of this. The mate pull is getting stronger and I feel that we have to be intimate soon. Just looking at her gets my juices flowing. "I will forgive you if you kiss me." Pushing my luck but it's worth a try. She scoffs "Oh hell no, Eric, I told you boundaries, we are not a couple you can't just wake up after ... after all that's happened and expect me to forget all of it." Putting my hand on her bare knee I open one eye and say playfully, "Fine then , I do not accept your apology." She pushes my hand from her leg and turns to look out the window arms crossed clearly upset. I've had too many conversations today so I leave her be and close my eyes relaxing in the back of the car. I give in to darkness quickly and I cut off all mindlinks. I need peace and quiet.

"Eric, wake up, we've arrived. We're home, she's whispering in my ear and her smell is everywhere. The car is already switched off and Alex gone. Probably pissed that I didn't talk to him about what he over heard. How did a secret I've kept for over 180 years suddenly become known to two people, in one day? She yaws and stretches her hands out,"Come on, let's get to the tent it's already dark out." she says half yawn. It must be late the camp site is quiet and the food tent is already closed off. The car is parked close to my tent and the walk is short. We enter the tent to find the bath tub prepared with hot water and the bed I had woken up on removed leaving only the cloud bed on the floor that was very comfortable. I see 2 problems with this 1. She's not going to sleep there with me willing 2. I won't let her sleep somewhere else. The men probably only meant to do good, looking for tasks as we were out but I suspect that they will have to bring the bed back in. Moments later the pack doctor comes in almost startled to see us standing in the tent. "Alpha,  your back! Tell me how was your visit to the modern age doctor?" He feels betrayed but I don't have the energy to stroke his ego right now. "Informative doc, I know you understand."He puts down a bag he's been carrying and points to the tub, I do hope you'll still follow my recommended treatment plan?" His voice almost accusing, yep he is most definitely offended. "Of course I will doctor, it is after all under your care that I woke up!" He smiles and puts three little bottles in Emmi's hands, "You know what to do Luna, same as last night." she takes the bottles and instantly turns red. Then he looks down next to the bed and sees 3 little bottles filled with oil, he turns to Emmi, don't forget these tonight Luna it is important ! She nods and I can see that she feels bad , "I forgot those yesterday, I'll be sure to tell him how to do it tonight." The doctor looks at her almost like she's a  child that's about to be punished. "Luna,  I advise that you apply these oils as Alpha Eric is not healed yet and cannot apply the needed pressure." I know she won't do it, so I say, "We'll manage one way or the other, thank you doctor." He asks me to sit in my arm chair so he can do a tests and I feel annoyed, I've been tested this whole day, I just want to rest, "No worries Alpha, I'll be quick," After listening to my heart he looks at me with a smile, I knew that having your mate sleep next to you would have a great inpact on your health, I'm so happy that she obliged." with that he takes his leave wishing us a restful night. I can't seem to keep my eyes off of her, the little tent light shines softly, making the tent feel warm and inviting. She's trying to avoid my gaze. I'm so tired, I wonder if I should skip the bath altogether. She walks over to the tub opens the bottles and tips them over into the tub stiring the water with her hand and says "In you go mister, you heard him!" I guess I am taking that bath after all. She walks over to the bed and falls backwards onto the feathered bed. "This is heaven, right here," her voice like silk. I undress wanting to get this over with, wanting to only to sleep.  I lift myself into the water and lay my head back on the handle. "How long do I need to be in here?" She doesn't answer "Luna?" I sit up and look over but she is not on the bed anymore, I frown I did not hear her get up. "Luna?" I say in a louder voice. I focus my hearing and hear that she is in the tent. "Ignoring me now?" She appears from one of the tent compartments in a purple and green night gown that hugs her body in all the right places "Hey now, that's not fair," I say pointing at her outfit. She looks down  and shruggs. "What did you say before? I was getting into my night gown, I couldn't hear you." I'm biting my lip and trying to control my need for her. I close my eyes lay back and say as casually as I can, "How long do I have be in the water?" "Oh, uhm 15-20minutes." She almost sounds disappointed. "And the other oils he gave you, yesterday?" "Uhm mm those are for your head, to be massaged into the skull...for 10 minutes." Her voice is flat and I sense that she is nervous. "Emmi, thank you for coming along today, this must be a lot for you to come to terms with." I hear her heart beating faster. She's confused and anxious, it's almost unbearable to know that I'm the cause of her pain. "You don't have to say anything, I understand that's it a lot and you must have a million questions." She seems to think it through."I'm glad I went, otherwise I wouldn't have ever believed you." A moment goes by and then she says "We do need to talk about a certain promise that you made me before you had your accident, but that's a bigger conversation. Could we do that first thing in the morning?" Ah, a good sign. She's been waiting to tell me what she needs the whole day. Altough she is young,  she is not childish and not selfish. "Of course my Luna, first thing after breakfast." She's sitting on the edge of the feathered bed and without opening my eyes I know she's unsure of what to do. "You take the bed, I'll ask Mac and Johnny to bring back the extra bed that was here this morning". "But it's the middle of the night, they'll be awfully grumpy if you wake them for nonsense".I check the clock on my nightstand 22:23pm. "Sweet of you to be concerned about them Emmi,  but I assure you they're probably just out drunk looking for girls." "oky"she answers, "You're the boss!" I hear her going through bags and zippers opening and closing then she pops out with a rectangular black bag. "Look I've found the stretcher I slept on before they put this cloud-bed-thingy here." I give her a look. "You'll sleep on the cloud-bed-thingy,  I'll make other arrangements for myself." a long silence. "We could just be grown ups and agree to sleep in the same bed." She's got to be joking, it's almost like she's trying to be a c**k tease. I open my eyes and turn left to where she's sitting on the edge of the feathered bed facing me "Emmi, I'm more than 100% attracted to you, I wish I could turn these feelings off, to protect you or give you the distance that you need, but I can not, it's the wild animal that lives inside of me. With that being said you have a very big impact on me." I stand up in the tub slowly to show her my arousel, my member is errect and very hard. "Now where are those oils for my head?" She's looking up at me with big eyes and an expression I can't read. "Emmi, where are they?" She holds her hand out and I see she has been holding on to them. "Here, you go" she says and drops them on the bed. She lays down next to them and teasingly says,"Come and get them, Alpha". My heart is racing and my member is hard again. She smiles and says, "You have some weird issues," Laying down I put my arm out and she lays her head on me. Our legs tangling togehter, I pull her waist towards me and fell the wetness between her legs on my stomach, making me smile. She's staring at me, playing with my hair and says, "You sleep, and when you've fallen asleep I'll turn back to be llitlle spoon, then we're both happy?" I smile, she wants to give me what I want, my heart is full and I feel the happiest I've ever felt. "Ok, Luna." I feel her fingers go through my hair and never want her to stop touching me.
