Chapter Thirty-three
I couldn't be more glad seeing how fast he was responding to treatment.
I was glad to know he was still with me. He didn't give up.
I held his hands softly. “I am not going anywhere”, I whispered.
He nodded. I wished he knew how much I meant every word I said.
I stepped out and let him rest a little while taking a bit of fresh air.
When I saw Annabel walking towards me.
I was startled to see her. What was she doing here?
“Well…since you decide not to give me any information concerning him…I have decided to take matters into my hands”, she spoke directly to me.
I was speechless.
What was really her problem?
I changed my direction and followed her as she walked in.
She arrived at the receptionist desk and introduced herself as his relative.
