The emergency suite was going crazy as doctors and nurses keep running to and fro

A doctor around his 60s walked out removing his gloves

"What's wrong" Mrs Sophie who was pacing round the hallway barge at him immediately he noticed him walking out

"Sophia, We should talk in my office" He responded

"O...office? why can't we talk here? How is she? she rushed her questions feeling restless

"Luckily is she out of danger" He replied and seems like she felt relieved

"Is it poison? is the poison from the cake?She rushed in another set of question with her eyes fixed angrily on her husband

"We should talk in my office, the situation is quite serious than we thought! He added

"Quite serious? I thought you said she is out of danger! She cried out

"That's only for the main time, we really need to talk now!

Celine POV

"acute appendicitis?

"Yes, and we need to carry out an operation as soon as possible"

"And how much is the surgery? I sat firm

"That's about Ten thousand dollars"

"T...Ten thousand dollars? I widen my eyes

Mrs Sophia POV

"H...Heart donor?

"Yeah, Her heart is so weak and we need to perform a heart transplant immediately"

"We need an heart donor as soon as possible" he added

"How much will that worth"

"It should be around 50 million pounds " He concluded

"Start the surgery Immediately! I instructed

"B...but unfortunately there is no donor at the moment" he blast the bomb

"N..no donor?

"Then is my baby going to die?

"We have been together for a long time Sophia so I can't lie to you, Finding a heart donor is not easy, And the baby only has a short period of time to live, our first priority now is finding a donor"

"You can just try and find a donor by yourself"

"How will I? where will I? I burst into tears

"Is there any alternative? Ivy's dad finally spoke out

"Just donate yours okay, I promise I will take really good care of our baby" I added in a milk voice

"Don't give me that bullshit" he dumped himself on the coach

"Seriously? i scorned

"You are such a pain in ass every since I know you, why can't you just prove your importance to me now! I yelled

" I think it high time I leave this place"

"woah.....you are going off the grid again? I bursted into serious laughter

" I should have never met you! I regret meeting you! I scream at him as he stormed out

Celine POV

"Am sorry ma'am but your account is not qualified for the loan"

"Try the smallest one"

"It still the same thing madam" She added

I collected back my document and dragged my feet out and headed for our old house

I hug my knees and cry my eyes out. I can't even save my child from danger

Mrs Sophie POV

I tighten the scarf and adjust my glasses

"woah! That's kinda looks like Sophia" A young nurse baffles with her eyelashes as i hurried my footsteps in the hospital reception

"S...Sophia? it can't be" The other nurse replied

"Am pretty sure it her but what is she doing here in an hospital"

"Or is she sick? is that why she suddenly went off the grid? She added with a confused expression

"Am pretty sure you are hallucinating, do you miss her that much?

"I missed her so badly like my life attached to it

I hurried up my footstep and branch in Ivy's suite, she was laying unconscious with different machines attached to her

I grab her tiny hand and stroke it lovingly

"Sophia! A man around his 50s looking damn rough barged in

How did he got in?

"How did you know am here? I stood on my feet

"You should at least give me a hug after 7 years" he release his arms for a hug

"seriously? I scoff

"I thought you want me out badly from the entertainment just because I got pregnant"

"That's was then Sophia, Am sorry, I missed you so much" He threw me into his arms

"Seriously, I don't have time for all this

"Busy finding donate for your dear daughter?

"H. How did you know?

"I can get my answers from anywhere"

"I think I have forgotten more about you after such a long year" I sat on the bed

"I think you should come back"

"I have so many business to attend to and that include my daughter you hate so badly"

"I didn't hate her, I just don't want the kid to be your falling ladder"

"But it seems like everyone wants you back no matter the reason you went off the grid" he added

"But I don't think am ever ready to come back cause right now my daughter is my first priority"

"What about I finding a donor for her!

"Seriously? I jumped on my feet

"Just promise to make a comeback"

"I promise!

Mrs Celine POV

"I don't think the house worth more than three thousand dollars, look at the neighbourhood and look at the condition of the house"

"But that's really small for the house"

"Am sorry but I can't pay more than that!

"We need to carry out the surgery today, The kid can't absorb the pain anymore, her breathe are getting weaker and this can lead to death

"D...death?

"Yeah, the surgery need to be done immediately or she gonna die" The doctor added

"prepare the theatre room" I added in a firm voice

"What?

"I will bring the money in the next 1hour" I dashed out

I walked pass the hospital hallways and walked in Ivy's Suite, Her mom was holding her hand sweeping on her daughter with a man beside her

"What's are you doing here " She stood up wiping her tears immediately she notice me

"I will donate my heart but please, save my daughter first" I fall on my knees
