LOVE PARADISE

LINDA I just woke up and found myself in a place where I didn't understand what it was all about. I looked closely and saw that I was surrounded by people dressed in white. I continued to investigate as I kept seeing ropes coming towards me and I didn't know what they were. I had never been in a hospital before so it was surprising to me. "Welcome back to life, I'm happy to see you alive again." I heard one of the people who were wearing white clothes saying in a kind voice. I took some minutes without saying anything as I was trying to find out what was happening. After some minutes I came back to my senses as I found out I was in hospital. "What am I doing here, what brought me here?" I asked as my voice was filled with shock. I was still recalling my memory since I needed to know what happened before I came to this place. "It's a long story my dear, calm down. Take your time and rest, everything will be fine." The same person who had talked to me before said again in a kind voice. After some minutes the nurses got out of the room as they insisted me to take a rest. I started to come back to my mind when everything that had happened before I entered the hospital started to come back to my eyes. Of course what I saw was terrible and my eyes did not age with it. I wonder if Frank my love was alive where he was. From what I had seen, I never thought that he was alive because it was a tradgedy indeed. Who would I be told if he was still alive or if he had left us? I started to remember sitting in Frank's car while we were talking and promising each other unconditional love. He was playing this song from Judy Boucher titled you caught my eye. I enjoyed the lyrics in this song as I could see a brighter future in our life as a happy family with our happy kids. "So promise me you won't go for another girl except me." I said as I looked Frank straight in his eyes. "I will always be yours my queen, you're my everything and without you I will die." He said in a lovely voice as I could feel blood running all over my veins. After chatting for some time I took off my sunhat and gave it to Frank as a symbol of my love for him. He then took off his watch from his hand and handed it over to me as a symbol of his love to me. After this occasion Frank started his car as we headed along Bulawayo road. He had to drop me at Kuwadzana roundabout as he was going to proceed to Gweru. He was in his third year at MSU doing business management so he used to pay a visit every weekend. It was an advantage to both of us since I would be at home and he would be free also. He grew up in a royal family as he had everything he needed in life. The car he was driving was a birthday gift from his father who was in France. As for where we met it's a story for another day. Back to my story Frank drove his Subaru Forester as we found ourselves circulating at Warren Park roundabout. We continued as we passed through N.Richards going up this flyover as I could see a railway line under. I had to drop off before the roundabout but I remembered my friend Lindiwe who lived in Kuwadzana. He was my bestie so I had to pay her a visit. We proceeded with the journey as we circulated this Kuwadzana roundabout. After a few metres Frank stopped as I was about to drop off. We looked each other in the eyes as I was already dropping tears. I knew I would miss the love of my heart for a long time so I didn't want to leave him. Missing my boyfriend for a week was not a joke so I started feeling a lonely pain. "I love you my dear, please stay safe." I said as Frank replied the same. After bidding farewell I dropped off the car as I was about to pay a visit to my friend. As I was watching Frank's car moving in the road I was disturbed by a loud horn sound from behind. As I turned back I saw a haulage truck travelling at it's full speed as the driver continued sounding his loud horn. As I turned back to see if Frank had gone I saw his car being swept away by this truck. It was pushed by a truck for a few metres as I was watching. Within a minute the car was bursting into flames. This is the last time I remembered what happened and the rest was history. Anyway back to the hospital I found myself sitting on my bed as I had tears all around my face. I could not hold this in my heart and it was better to die if Frank had gone. He was my everything so I wouldn't live on Earth without him. Anyway I decided to ask my sister Lucie the day he would pay me a visit. As for what brought me into the hospital I would ask another day. I then decided to rest maybe I would refresh my mind. As I took a rest I saw myself walking in a beautiful garden I had never seen on earth before. As I was walking I saw Frank coming from the other side. I started running as I wanted to embrace him with happiness. After getting closer to him he started crying.
