Good News
“What happened to her?” There was urgency in Charlene’s voice while she was catching her breath.
They immediately went to the hospital after knowing that something happened to Samantha.
“She was hit by a car. She crossed first and I was left behind for a bit because I was picking up the bags of things that we bought from the grocery store. Everything happened so fast. I just heard a thud and I saw her lying on the ground. The reckless driver ran away and I couldn’t see his plate number. The driver didn’t stop even though the traffic light is red.” He looked up at Mr. Wilson. “Can you investigate it please?” He pleaded.
