Chapter 22
Days have passed and I have never been this happy. Being with Jace was all I wanted for the rest of my life. We were holding each other’s hands while walking down the streets to buy groceries together. It took me an hour to convince Jace to go out with me. It has been years since he started locking himself up inside the room and he hasn’t gone to town since then. He told me he didn’t want other people to see some of his visible scars but I’m glad that he still went with me.
