17. Sebastian

(In the cafeteria)

Emilia walks over and sits at the table with Me, Breanna, Tank, Blaze, Rider & CJ for lunch. I see Rider looking Emilia up and down like a piece of meat and realize it's only a matter of time before he tries to get at her. I mean she's just his type: She looks exotic with long legs and she's very confident. He likes girls who he thinks he can tame, which is funny because I think he has his work cut out with for him with this girl. Emilia ain't s**t like Leilani, sometimes it's hard to believe that they are related because of their looks and personality. Emilia is self centered, loud as h*ll and I swear shorty thinks the world revolves around her. I can just tell that she is an only child.

I look to my left and see Breanna and Emilia laughing at something on Breanna's phone. I want to text Leilani so bad but I force myself not to, I've done so well to last this long. I wanted to text her as soon as I got up this morning but I decided against it when I seen she didn't reply to my message from last night. 

F**k this s**t.

 I pull out my phone. 

I miss you staring holes in the back of my head shorty. I text her. 

I'm not going to lie, today has been super boring since she isn't here for me to sneak looks at. While still holding my phone in my hand I see the three little dots that indicates that she is replying but then it stops, so I decide to text my mom back to give myself a distraction.

Hey ma, Yeah I'm still flying home for the weekend so we can have some family time. I miss you old lady lol. What time is Asia and Micaela flying in?

My mom asked me to come home for the weekend so we can spend some time together. At first I wasn't really with going home but then I thought maybe some time away from Houston and Leilani will help me clear my head from all the s**t going on. It'll also be nice to see my sisters, I ain't seen they a** in a minute due to them getting married and moving to Alaska. They moved there a couple years ago after getting married. I can't believe my sisters are married, they are only in their twenties like me. They both fell in love with twin brothers so they just up and left. Who the f**k knows why they live in Alaska, I heard that place is cold as f**k. H*ll even colder than Houston and New York.

My phone vibrates, I look to see that it's Leilani. I get happy as h*ll when I see her name.

What you doing tonight?

I look at the message for a few seconds because I'm shocked she asked me that. I mean does she really want to see me for once?

Why? What's good? I text back.

I wanted to see if you wanted to come over for dinner.

Dinner? F**k I gotta work tonight.

Nah, I won't be able to come over for dinner because I gotta work... I can come over for lunch after my classes are over. Is lunch cool?

Yeah, I guess that's cool. She replies. But.. Umm... My parents are going to be here. Is that cool with you? She replies again.

What the f**k! She wants me to meet her people? F**k noooooooo. I start typing to let her know I won't be able to make it but decide against it because I need some d**n answers, and the only way I will get them is if I spend some time with her and her parents since they know her more than anyone. 

Yeah shorty that's cool, Should I bring anything? Like drinks or some s**t?

No, Just yourself Sebastian. What time you coming?

Classes finish at two and I gotta be to work at six. I wish I could skip my last few classes but Breanna would find out, and I already skipped enough classes with Breanna already.

Okay, Come straight over after class. Is there anything you don't like to eat?

Nah, I'm good on whatever shorty.

Okay, just call me when you are 10 minutes from the gas station close to Emilia house. I'll come get you from there.

"Sebastian."

"Hello Sebastian."

"Earth to Sebastian." I hear Breanna say while waving her hand in my face. I snap out of my thoughts and look up at her and see her staring at me from across the table.

"You okay baby." She ask.

"Yeah I'm good. Just work stuff that's all. I gotta work late tonight, remember?

"Yeah, I know babe." She says nodding her head before getting up and coming to sit on my lap.

"I might try to go in early, to see if I can get off early." I tell her, H*ll even if I do which I know I'm not. Because ain't no way my BS manager is going to let me go home early. Mean a*s f**k boy.

"Aight, Well I was planning on staying at Emilia's house because I knew you had to work late. I can cancel though if you want me to." She whispers in my ear.

She wants to f**k.

I grab and hold her around her waist. "Don't do that shorty, you ain't gotta cancel your plans. I don't if he will actually let me get off early yet."

"Okay baby, I guess I'll just see you after class tomorrow." She says making me feel bad.

"Yeah, of course and I'll cook." I say trying to make her feel better.

"Don't forget the dessert." She says before kissing me on the lips.

I'm not really feeling it, but I try to put in some type of effort so she won't trip. I see Emilia staring at us when Breanna gets off my lap, she gives me a weird a** look that makes me uncomfortable  before she bites her lip and looks away.

What the h*ll was that about??

(In Class)

I'm in my last class for the day and I swear that the s**t is going by slow as f**k. I can't stop thinking about seeing Leilani and meeting her f**kin parents. We ain't even in a d**n relationship plus she knows I'm still with Breanna, so I'm trying to figure out what type of s**t she on. This s**t is getting out of control too fast but I ain't trying to stop it either, not like I can anyway. And now I got Emilia looking at me all weird and s**t like she know something I don't. That s**t honestly got me vexed as f**k.

I turn my head to see Emilia staring at me again, the s**t honestly makes me want to get up and get the f**k out of this classroom. But I can'y do that because I know for a fact she will be snitch and tell Breanna, those two are inseparable at the moment so I really need to be careful on how I handle this situation.... or just end things with Bre. I can't believe I'm even considering breaking up with shorty, I know for a fact she will try to k*ll me, but ever  since I kissed Leilani I just don't feel the same about her anymore. It seems like the love I had her disappeared overnight or something. This s**t is crazy as f**k, what's really crazy is the fact that we live together and we have most of our classes together as well. Then there's Leilani, I'm worried about her as well. I don't want to make school a living h*ll for her.

I have this gut feeling that things are going to go left either way, I just don't who will be the first one to pop things off.

"Class dismissed." The Professor says.

Finally class is over, I'm grateful as f**k to finally be done for the day so I can go see Leilani. I grab my stuff and throw it in my Gucci bag but before I could walk out of the class EmIlia walks up beside me.

"Wassup Sebastian, You heard from Leilani by any chance?

F**K

"What you mean? Why would I? She ain't my family."

She smiles and crosses her arms before saying. "I ain't heard from her either, and I asked because both of y'all been on some different s**t since my party. You feeling her?"

Would Leilani tell her? I don't think she would have, Would she? Nahhhh

"F**k is you talking about Emilia? I don't know what the h*ll you talking about." I say lying through my teeth.

"If what I think is going is actually going on, I think you should break up with Breanna now. I mean she my homegirl and all but you need to end things now, because there ain't no going back now that you and my cousin found each other. She says in a warning tone.

"Yo shorty, what the f**k does that mean?" I say feeling vexed.

"It ain't my place to tell you." She says shrugging her shoulders. She walks away and I swear I heard her say something.. s**t sounded like she said welcome to the family, I could be trippin. I walk out of class and head outside to hop in my car and head to Leilani's house.
