THE ADVENTURE TO SPACE

On one Saturday morning, the fourth avenue street neighborhood was quiet as a lot of people were not home. The house of the the Roberts was not peaceful. Alex slammed the door to his room and sat on his bed. Why couldn't his dad understand that he was thinking of their happiness? How could his dad leave this matter to slide? His mind drifted six years ago when his mum was forced to travel to space with a friend, Anna. His mum was an astronaut and she was sent on a mission to go to space. Alex was thirteen years old when his mom left home. The exploration was supposed to last for a month and they were to return home. Alex waited everyday for his mom. Alex and his mom had started building a space ship out of cardboard before she left. The space ship had not been finished but she never came back. Her friend, Anna Hill came back to Earth alone. When she was asked where Mary(Alex mother) was, she said Mary was killed by a moon monster. It had not been proven of any life on the moon and it could clearly be seen that she was making it up. Anna never liked Mary and she sought to opportunities to get her sacked from work. The space agency Mary worked for believed her and Mary was declared dead. The agency could not even do a funeral for her.
