Sylis was caught, although he was clever enough to placate his sister. "Sorry sis, I couldn't find you in the house and I needed the flashdrive to finish my essay for my project. Did you forget I loaned it to you?" Sylis asked her, holding up the small black flashdrive that he had picked up when he first walked in, knowing he would need some kind of cover story in case he was caught. "Can't you wait until I come back next time? You have no reason to be in a lady's room, Sylis." Sadie told him while rolling her eyes,"Now get out!" She said while pushing him towards the door and out of it, slamming the door shut behind him. Once he heard Sadie walk away from the door, he wiped his forehead in relief. He didn't know if that excuse would work or not, but he was grateful that it did thus far. Now he had to figure out what exactly that black box was and how he was going to retrieve it without Sadie knowing, she's already caught him in her room once, so he had to play it safe and come up with something. He would have to wait until Sadie left again, which she will, and he would abide his time then. In the mean time, he had to keep searching for a way to get Sakiya out of the secret dungeon his sister had put her in.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Sakiya leaned her head back against the concrete covered wall, her uneasiness about this situation settling in. She was locked in this dark cell with only a lantern providing very little light, and no way out. She didn't know what Sadie wanted with her, nor why she would want her trapped here. There was no good way to feel about this. Sakiya knew Sadie didn't like her, although for no apparent reason other than jealousy or animosity, she felt. but why? It couldn't have been her looks, she had been made fun of daily for her unnatural looks since she had started school at Polaris North High School. She didn't talk about school much nor did she like it, she didn't have the best experiences there and the other teens around her constantly distracted her from learning with their mean and demeaning insults. Especially their desires to be the class clowns or gain popularity when all she wanted to do was learn, that was impossible for her to say the least. She was praying to whatever God or Goddess there was, to let her out of here. For someone to find out, and to come save her. At this point, she had to keep hope that Sylis will come through. She wasn't ready to die, and she needed to find out the truth for her parents sake and for her own. Sakiya had a feeling that her parents were connected in all of this somehow, along with Sylis suspicions of his own parents. She needed to know more about this Mr. Monticello Black as well as Sylis did, and what connection did he have in regards to her parents if there was one, and also why her foster parents seem so scared of the man. His aura was that of someone you did not want to get mixed up with, so she was confused about why people as high up in a Kingdom such as a duke and duchess as are the Cohen's, would have someone in their lives as condescending as this man has been. Eventually Sakiya nodded off, not realizing until she heard the noise at the door that had awaken her. s**t, Sadie is back she panicked. She was hoping Sadie would stay far away, but she wasn't gullible enough to believe that would ever happen.
Sadie came in with a huge smile on her face, clapping her hands as she stood in front of the cell that housed Sakiya. "Guess what, lard ass? I may be getting just what I've wanted!" Sadie happily spewed. "Uhm, excuse me? I'm talking to you b***h!" She said in an irritated tone, kicking the bars in front of Sakiya, causing her to jump and look up at her as she wanted. "Scared, darling? Ha! You should be, with me around. That's not why I'm here though. I just had to share the exciting news!" Sadie squealed. "And what could that be?" Sakiya nervously replied. "Oh you haven't any idea. Monticello will be mine once I turn 18, and you're gonna ensure that happens if he wants the little b***h back that can screw up his plans." Sadie laughed, looking down at her pefectly polished manicure. "Wait, what plans? You know what he plans on doing?" Sakiya sat up, intrigued by Sadie's words. "Of course, I'm not dumb. You on the other hand, well, I'll not get into that. We already know you're worthless. Anyway, Mr. Black will marry me if he wants you back. He will make me his Queen on that throne. He can't have you finding out about your parents and their innoncence, now could he? I'm keeping you here as leverage. If he doesn't agree to my request by the end of the week, I'll tell you all about it. I don't think he'd be willing to risk that, but who knows, he only has 3 days until friday. The timer started this morning, and he's already used up half of the day. It'll be nighty night time soon, and I made sure to send him something to help speed up his decision. Oh, and as for my parents, they won't know. I don't plan on them being here for the ceremony." Sadie smirked. Sakiya did not like her at all, but she needed to try and see if she could at least get info out of her. "My parent's innocence? How do you know? What did he do to them? Tell me, please I beg you!" Sakiya pleaded, standing up to grab ahold of the bars and stuck her head against them. "You'll have everything you need to know, that is, if Mr. Black agrees to be my husband. If not, I guess you'll never know. I have to go now, I have to get ready for bed and to make sure my letter reached my future King. Shitty talking to you, but I'll be back in the morning. Ciao." Sadie chuckled as she waved before she turned around and left the small room. Sakiya watched as she left up until the door closed behind her. She slid down the bars, now feeling worse than she did before. At least she has a small glimpse of what could be, her parents are innocent, but innocent of what? Sakiya's thoughts were interrupted when she heard another noise at the door. She just left not even 5 minutes ago, what could she want now? She wondered. When the door popped open, however, it wasn't the face she had expected to see. It was, moreover, the one she wanted to see. "Sylis, you came for me! You really came!" Sakiya jumped up, grabbing back ahold of the bars in front of her. "We don't have much time, but I have some information I think could help you. First, I gotta get you out of here." Sylis said as he fidgeted with a key ring he pulled out of his pocket, his hands shakig as he hurriedly tried to unlock the cell. "What's the matter?" Sakiya asked him. She didn't expect the words that would come out of his mouth next. "My sister, she's going to kill us all." Sakiya's jaw dropped.
