My eyes widened when I saw him lunging for my throat. I dodged the attack and a bright light came out of me suspending Daemon's father in mid-air.
His eyes widened at the power radiating from inside of me. I'd been practicing with Daemon the past few weeks and my powers have been improving, even I was surprised by my progress. Daemon on the other hand always knew that I had it in me. And obviously Lilith and Loch were always there cheering me on whenever I would beat Daemon in a fight.
