Thirteen Owl led me back through the kitchen, and down the steps into the basement. There were only a few steps on the stairs. From the top of the stairs I saw a spacious room. There was a black dresser, which looked as though it could be in a show room. It was spotless and orderly with every toiletry lined up by width and height. Every item of jewelry was arranged by precious metal. In another corner was a workout area where the weights were all lined up according to size. The bed was not only made, the corners were up to military par. “Sit down on the bed,” Owl commanded. I came down the stairs and made my way over to his bed.
