Trapped In Time

How's that even possible, No one had ever been able to break my time traps. Or was I hallucinating.

I stood up from the floor and ran towards him again. But the closer I got, the farther I went away from. Then next thing I know, I can't move. I'm trapped in the air. I try my best to break free but I can't.

"Look Sydney, I know you're surprised, but just stay still for a while, and don't try anything stupid"

How did he even know my name. How was he even able to walk when I had everyone's timeline paused. He walks away from me, but I find myself following him. I wasn't walking, but it seemed like I was been pushed by something behind me. He walks right through the walls of a restaurant. Now that's weird. I'm literally going towards the same wall. I can't walk through walls, or did he think I could. I'm gonna crash, I'm gonna, my mind raced, I couldn't call out to him, and I couldn't move a muscle. I was amazed at how smoothly I faced through the wall. How was that even possible?, was that my new power?, walking through walls? I had a thousand questions to ask when he sets me free, how was he able to break my time trap. He sat behind a table, and I watched myself sit at the other side of the table.

Everyone in the restaurant was frozen. All thanks to me. I could fell my lips move a little bit. Was he giving me back control of my body?

"Hey Sydney, I'm Jason and I've waited a long while to meet you. Look, I know what's going through your mind now, I read your every thought. But hold on, before you start asking the questions, let me tell you a little history about us.

From the dawn of time, space and time had always been the two greatest things that man could never explain. It was a part of existence that no one bothered venturing into. He held on to it with his life, for he knew the great power it possessed and what could happen if it were to fall into the wrong hands. But a thousand centuries ago, Mozart was murdered and the stones stolen. The world was at a risk. So it sent out its greatest warriors to go and search for the stones. It took years but the stones were finally back and safe. But the elders could not take such a risk again, so they found a way to merge the two stones into the most worthy human they could find. But it was too much of a power for him to handle, so he ended up splitting his soul in two, creating a whole new him. But there was a difference, it also seperated the good and bad in him, leaving his bad persona with the powers of the space stone and he with the powers of the time stone. The elders regretted their actions and tried their best to break the link between the two personas, so as not to let the evil prevail over the good. For generations, the powers of the stones were reincarnated upon the death of its former bearer. But the death of one bearer was the death of both. For generations the elders were able to secure the link between the bad and good. But the bearer of evil of the last generation Howard, dared to step before the council of elders, conquered them and sought for the bearer of good, for he needed both goo and evil to complete his quest for power, Seeking the bearer of good till their death. Now a new reincarnation, you and I, and for the first time, the link is strong enough again, for u can hear your thoughts, and you can hear mine. And together we shall control and rule the earth. For space and time is what keeps the world going, you and I are the backbones of man's existence. For you are the Alpha, and I the Omega."
