Chapter 15: It Takes Two
The next week was a busy one. During the day, I saw to it that It Takes Two matched the vision inside my head. J.T. lived up to my hopes, and he and Luis did turn out to be the matched pair I’d envisioned. The shoots were far easier than Bart’s Big Game, with only the usual number of re-takes any film requires when you toss a few big animals into the mix. The horses and cows followed directions better than Bart had. I worked all three of my stars until they threw themselves onto the sofas with exhaustion after a scene. I started to hear the word “tyrant” behind my back, but damn it, this movie was going to be our best yet, the perfect debut for J.T. We wrapped up the main s*x scenes in a little over a week, which left plenty of time for close-ups and voice dubbing
