Darian Virell (Negative Vampire):

Lucien’s younger brother, seductive and ruthless. Darian believes humans are beneath him and thrives on chaos. Unlike Lucien, he drinks freely, manipulates others, and is slowly building a vampire army. But he’s drawn to Selene not just for power—but because he sees in her something he’s always wanted and never had: a choice.

Plot:

Selene is sent undercover to a vampire masquerade ball hosted by the Virell family—a royal bloodline of vampires said to be in hiding. Her mission is simple: gather intel and eliminate Darian, the suspected leader of a growing vampire cult.

But when she meets Lucien, the older Virell brother, things get complicated. He's nothing like the monsters she was trained to kill. He’s noble, kind, and protective—even of her. He saves her life during an ambush by rogue vampires, exposing her identity in the process.

Now trapped in the world she was supposed to destroy, Selene must play a dangerous game of trust. Darian offers her a chance to rule beside him, drawn by her strength and fire. Lucien, on the other hand, pleads with her to help stop his brother, believing that even Darian can still be saved.

As tensions rise, and vampires begin to rise from their slumber across the world, Selene is caught between two immortal hearts:

Ending Twist:
