From Vyrion Perspective
***
'This is unreal.'
Vyrion initially thought the strong feelings he felt were just feelings of pity or perhaps the same affection he had for his sister on her trying to change the tragedy that had happened before. He couldn't help but watch her from afar, wanting to know how far she had managed to change the tragedy.
He has no romantic interest.
That's at least Vyrion thought until the moment she summoned him to the Lifa tree to give news that the kingdom of Fleaur intends to have closer political cooperation with the kingdom of Velaris through political marriage.
She was chosen as the bride-to-be because she was the only official successor to the kingdom of Fleaur.
That fact shook the deep feeling in Vyrion's heart making his folded hands tremble slightly at the thought of her being someone else's, loving someone else.
He couldn't handle a future like that.
Even though it was clear her soul belonged to him ...
Her pair of aqua eyes stared at heim intensely in silence as if expecting something, a response anything from him didn't help him either.
Despite all those hints, Vyrion responded in his usual calm voice, congratulating her for the pact meant a new good destiny for the Fleaur kingdom.
The hope in Aqua's eyes suddenly dimmed at his explanation, as if wanting to find something else, she asked if there was anything else he wanted to say.
Vyrion didn't rush to answer. He got into a whirlpool of confusion over what they were talking about.
What else was there to say anyway?
Refuse? Angry? Blocking the political agreement?
That's silly thinking because Vyrion knew how important the kingdom of Fleaur was to her.
“Vyrion …” She called out in a low voice but there was a hint of desperation in her soft voice.
Vyrion blinked and realized she was close to him to watch his lowered face deep in thought.
Their eyes met.
Even though hope had disappeared behind those aqua eyes, her lips carved a small smile to say: it's not over yet.
Vyrion turned his head away, unable to stare at her for the first time. He wasn't used to this physical closeness, his heart pounding loudly in his chest.
Strange.
“Vyrion ...”
Vyrion held his breath feeling her lean against his chest. The pounding became much stronger until it reached his ears, causing him to lose control for a moment, and he said whatever was on his mind for this touch to end, “Congratulations. I'm sure you'll be happy."
“Oh …” She mumbled in disappointment as the footsteps stepped back again giving space between them, “I ….” She clenched her fists against her chest.
Vyrion knew the moment his eyes caught a glimpse of the tear building up in the corner of her eye what he said was not what she wanted. However, he didn't say anything else to make her much better, he was shocked by what he was feeling, silently feeling the intense pain in his heart.
“Forget I said this,” she said with her face down, “I'm sorry I wasted your precious time. Excuse me."
Vyrion let out a low gasp as she walked briskly past him without waiting for a response from him first. He who was confused could only watch her slowly drift away from him until she disappeared behind the big white door.
“Vordelia ...”

“Vordelia ...” Corale mumbled as she put on her clothes. Once again she dreamed about Vyrion, there was a woman named Vordelia.
From the dream it was clear that Vyrion was in love but only just realized it. And it seemed that Vordelia felt the same way.
'I guess they ended up being lovers ...?'
Even though a political marriage bound Vordelia, Corale believed that the marriage failed.
Corale wanted to ask Vyrion this as she immediately remembered he was sleeping beside her, but when she woke up, he wasn't there, only the smell of his perfume was left accompanying her.
'Could it be that Vega's strong reason for warning me not to fall in love had something to do with a woman named Vordelia?'
Corale took a deep breath. This was tiring, she didn't want to dream about Vyrion, making her think weird. She rushed downstairs where Vega was waiting for her.
"Good morning~" Vega greeted warmly.
“Morning,” Corale greeted back, “Um … I want to go alone. Is it allowed? I have an appointment with my friend, Zoe~”
"Oh? Do you already have a new friend? I'm glad," said Vega, "Miss Corale. I won't stop you."
"Oh, I can't have breakfast with you either, Vega," Corale regretted, she had promised to eat with Zoe. She was so excited that she forgot to tell Vega.
“Aww ...” Vega looked disappointed, “I made this dish, especially for you~”
Corale felt guilty. “Can I eat it for lunch?” She proposed.
“Sure~” Vega got excited again, “give me a minute~”
Corale nodded, then waited for Vega to prepare the breakfast in the pink box manually. She chuckled at how much Vega enjoyed doing all of this.
"May I come with you?" As soon as Vyrion arrived in the living room, he immediately asked.
"You told yourself yesterday that non-students are not allowed in," Corale reasoned, besides she just wanted to spend time with Zoe, remember her dream, and make her not be near each other.
“I know, but ...” Being separated from Corale for a few hours already made his heartache.
“Oh! You remember?" Corale asked in disbelief.
“Yes,” Vyrion replied severely, “including Zoe too.”
“Oh …” Corale couldn't believe it, she was really happy that Vyrion slowly remembered their memories, though not all were sweet. She's still happy.
"May I come with you?" Vyrion asked once again with hopeful hints.
Coral shook her head. A promise is a promise, it is impossible to break it.
“Then let me walk you to the bus stop,” Vyrion suggested in a disappointed tone unable to melt Corale's heart.
